Fifty shades of fucked up Log

So I come to the point I can't stand to look at myself in the mirror even anymore. I've been feeling depressed, tired, and unmotivated bro the point I gave up almost on working out.

Let's rewind to the beginning of the year. From February until June I was down and out. I went through three surgeries dealing with a hemorrhoid, hernia, and a fiscula. The pain was unbearable and I couldn't even lift 20 lb.

During this time I took a long break from using gear and doing anything extreme. I finally decided it was time to get back on the horse and boom here comes a hurricane that sidelined me for over a month lol.

Now getting past all that b******* it's time to put in work and stop feeling sorry for myself. It's time to get back in shape and look my best ever. To be honest I haven't really done s*** in the last couple years with my physique that was impressive. Starting this week coming I'm going to use a nutrition plan, a coach and moderate gear use to really earn my physique threw hard work and dedication.

    Stay tuned!

You're not the first guy to sit on the sidelines for awhile. You'll do great. Subbed.

Hey man. I think there’s a large group here that’d fit in the “redemption log” category.

I know lots of guys (me included) that’ll be watching, cheering and taking inspiration.

Looking forward to you getting into the best shape for yourself! . Nothing worse than “knowing what your capable of”! We had quite a bumpy, shit ride the past two years! But just know you have a bad ass support team..this forum! I can say that I have had more clients/friends “get into a funk or bad routine” through the past year. Almost 100% of their dismay, depression, lack of money, divorce/separation was due to the Pandemic in some way or another. Everyone gets in a slump but, the best way to get out of it ; is what you are doing.

    1. Write out what you want -(physical goals) and make sure they are “attainable goals”
    2. Hit the gym 3-4 days a week and see how it goes . Stretch, light weights, cardio, or just a dry run of your plan @ 50-60%.
    3. Don’t let outside issues stop you before you start.

    Kick Ass

So today I added in 200mg of Mast E with my TrT and I'm on 4IU of HgH ironlion trying to finish off what I purchased then switching back to G-ropin.

I will be checking in with my coach once a week (on Sunday's). I will be posting my workout's and eventually my meals once I got it all passed the tweaking stage.

Weigh and height is 5'10 230

I will post the pictures soon

Is it just me but when people say (or type) “ build back better” I just want to carve them up like a Halloween pumpkin. Fuckin nauseating…

    anyways. Good luck bro…

I’ll be spending these coming winter months making myself great again.
