    HGH with slin

    I was thinking to compete in roughly 1 years time. So hopping on to gh

    The protocol I have designed is

    (Btw my hgh is pharmagrade, right from the factory)

    5 IU per day. Two days on, one day off

    3 iu in morning 40 minutes before breakfast

    2 iu post workout with 10 iu insulin and a 100g c 50g p meal


    Any corrections/recommendations ?

    what is the goal here?
    are you in bulk season or what?


    postworkout you can eat well over 100 grams of
    carbs, even in cut.

    Trying to bulk staying lean or you can rephrase it as trying to recomp.
    Goal is to put 5 to 8 kg muscle over next 8 months.

    Current weight is 230 pounds.

    I think 100 +/-kilos with the added weight is realistic while “recomping” but you very well could drop into the 90+ kilo range in contest shape.
    5-8 kilos is a reasonably realistic goal at your age and experience.
    I have some thoughts but will hold them for now to see some other POVs.

    Unless I hire someone like Milos, who is well versed in insulin protocols, I won’t be fucking around with insulin with the exception of Lantus to control my HGH induced resistance.
    I have been tossing around the thought of hiring Milos after talking to someone I know who uses him. I will likely wait until next year when the crunch to gain more weight gets closer. For now I will try to do my own thing for 2022.

    Yes lantus for insulin resistance due to hgh is the reason im thinking over it

    Smart. Lantus, with good knowledge can be safely used and even improve your gh results. Rather than having your blood glucose levels ramping up and down; you can keep a decent BG under 100. A lot of people use metformin as well or before they try a glargine insulin. Definitely a subject to go over with a professional. Not for non competing lifters at all, but it can make someone fat if they don’t use correctly...it makes you eat like a manic and other insulin’s or glp-1 peptides can make you lose weight(rybelsus/ozempic) but super expensive. Mk677 can even raise blood sugar quite a bit so ; DIET is super important.

    I ran Tresiba last year and kept my bg under 100 using only 35iu in the morning. That was with 4iu of UGL HGH.

    Played around with Humalog a couple of years ago and tested the big carb post workout with insulin thing. I kept copius notes but they are stashed in my office somewhere.

    So my experience really is just with Tresiba because like you Raj, I get it cheap in the 3rd world. As Lantus is supposed to be more anabolic, I will be using it next run.     Which cancer markers will you get tested ? I should do that too. My brother got diagnosed with stage 2 hodgkins lymphoma in July. Hes getting his treatment. Responding well though.

    Cancer antigen 125(CA125)
    Cancer antigen 19-9 (CA19-9)
    These are couple of them off the top of my head. PSA is sort of useless unless you actually have prostate cancer but my physicians allways do it anyway.
    There are a bunch of kidney fuction tests out of the realm of the normal ones the automatically do and I will get those too. Need to find which ones.

    I usually get these done in routine

    LFT
    RFT
    Lipid Profile
    Blood Cp
    CRP (important marker to pick up early heart disease)
    Calcium/D3
    Estradiol
    Prolactin
    Test/free test
    Uric Acid

    Now I need to start getting the cardiac calcium scoring for occlusion or blockage of vessels.

    Im too young for PSA but you never know.

    If size is the goal idgaf what anyone says pre training slin is superior. I've put on 20lb mass without increasing bodyfat in 6-8 weeks multiple times. 5iu gh, a gram of test, 15iu pre training humalog with the protocol, diet, training all where they need to be will work magic.

    And no for you noob fucks lurking reading this i do not mean you. I mean experienced, advanced level bodybuilders.
