I like to run my bulks in the winter months for several reasons..cooler outside,the heat can be an issue if you're taking in 4 to 6k of cals a day..There are big meals coming up Thanksgiving.. Christmas..plenty of leftovers..I sleep better in the cold climate..the gym doesn't pick up till January 1st(I usually take January off)..and the PE are usually nicer around that time of yr.. Don't care for most PE..

I start around October 1st..by Nov. everything is kicking in and it's ON..Jan. I take a wk or 2 off..then polish it off..with cardio to rid of water wieght..
