    EAT I had a great day yesterday for diet I have cut out snacking and have increased my water intake to fill the gap a full belly of water is better than snacks and junk outside of the planned diet.
    DAMN FOOD IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE SMH

    TRAIN today off day but I will be active all day

    Things are well im happy and its been awhile since I have been happy with progress

    Weigh in 228lb again but this is good because I had a slip and went upto 232lb again so I lost that weight now 🙂

    Im really happy that you finally got some sleep brother I remember when I wasn't sleeping just a month ago struggling every day just dragging but awake its torture.

    SLEEP 5HRS damn smh

    EAT a chicken breast not good

    TRAINING I worked outside for 10hrs straight it was an amazing full body workout but damn near killed me and my stomach started to give me problems yesterday it was a bad day but im feeling better this morning.

    I need to get back on track today im going to do some arm work today and get hydrated and eat today

    SLEEP 8hrs thank goodness yesterday was a one off

    EAT solid chicken mahi greens rice

    TRAINING im going to hit chest 2x this week im feeling it
    Cardio every day fasted 4am

    Things are moving right along im going to put in my order for testosterone and proviron and really start moving forward.

    EAT badly lol fried chicken 226lb so still down 4lb

    SLEEP 6hrs I don't know I just couldn't sleep again last night

    TRAIN Going to hit legs today
    Cardio fasted 4am

    I believe everything is going well 6 more lbs and I can start injections of testosterone and really get going

    EAT Diet has been sabotaged by myself I have bags of candy and im weak for Reeses I need to stop popping those things and maybe I won't gain weight this week

    SLEEP 6hrs not sleeping as well as I was

    TRAIN yesterday was my off day but I still did cardio gotta burn those Reeses
    Today I will hit chest or shoulders

    Things have been good but I believe im going to start an ECA stack I just need 6 more lbs and I want to lose them quickly so I can get started on my cycle.

    Things are going great in about 2wks I should be starting a cycle of testosterone enanthate proviron tbol aromasin.
    Its going to be a great blast than cruise.

    EAT diet is solid now except the candy I keep eating smh

    TRAINING shoulder and back work today

    I can't wait to get back on testosterone I believe that it will solve alot of problems with me getting old and having a 98 total testosterone

    LOG The comeback is over in my opinion im not running gear yet but I've been hitting it hard again and im looking better and losing weight.

    EAT diet is better no more candy

    SLEEP 6hrs good enough

    TRAIN today is legs

    I can't wait to start running gear again

    EAT diet has been good keeping calories down and hitting fasted cardio

    SLEEP 8hrs loving it

    TRAINING today is chest probably some arm work also

    EAT my diet is my struggle its been ok but I can do much better

    SLEEP 8hrs+ I slept alot yesterday loving it

    TRAINING arms and some shoulders today

    I need to really start working on my diet its now my key focus and food is crazy expensive time to cut for sure lol
