EAT I had a great day yesterday for diet I have cut out snacking and have increased my water intake to fill the gap a full belly of water is better than snacks and junk outside of the planned diet.
DAMN FOOD IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE SMH

TRAIN today off day but I will be active all day

Things are well im happy and its been awhile since I have been happy with progress

Weigh in 228lb again but this is good because I had a slip and went upto 232lb again so I lost that weight now 🙂

SLEEP 5HRS damn smh

EAT a chicken breast not good

TRAINING I worked outside for 10hrs straight it was an amazing full body workout but damn near killed me and my stomach started to give me problems yesterday it was a bad day but im feeling better this morning.

I need to get back on track today im going to do some arm work today and get hydrated and eat today

Cardio every day fasted 4am

Things are moving right along im going to put in my order for testosterone and proviron and really start moving forward.

EAT Diet has been sabotaged by myself I have bags of candy and im weak for Reeses I need to stop popping those things and maybe I won't gain weight this week

Things have been good but I believe im going to start an ECA stack I just need 6 more lbs and I want to lose them quickly so I can get started on my cycle.

Its going to be a great blast than cruise.

EAT my diet is my struggle its been ok but I can do much better

I need to really start working on my diet its now my key focus and food is crazy expensive time to cut for sure lol

I really need to get my diet right I won't start running hormones until I reach 220lb natty I have been making strength gains and training hard hopefully I start to lose weight again I was almost there about 2wks ago at 226lb

Keep diet tight
Train 5 days
Extend my fasted cardio to 45 min stationary bike

I also want to get a weighted vest and start wearing it during training and using during cardio
