Gatorade zero! I go through alot of those..funny thing is I accidentally bought a regular Gatorade in a rush and I didn't taste much difference, they made the Zero flavorful enough without the sugar somehow.

I always drink them.

Cooked egg whites are fucking disgusting. Couldn’t imagine 450g of them. But pour em into a glass and you can down them in 2 seconds flat. Essentially tasteless. Love it. Would get way more protein in that way for the sake of convenience if they didn’t make me so gassy. 800 grams max a day for me, and usually it’s just one 450’gram glass
