I have two Jewish female clients and they are friggin matchmakers for a living! Holy shit do they try to get me to meet one of their friends “just for coffee”. I said “I’m not Jewish though? “ . They said for Jewish females , it doesn’t matter! Only the female had to be Jewish. (All this information I was not aware of) . The single Jewish guys are basically “pressured big-time to date/marry a Jewish female” otherwise the kids are not considered Jewish.

Good session, felt strong and didn't fail where I have been previously. Coach prescribed a deload this week, so nothing to failure and nothing too crazy as far as intensity, I'll do my best to take it easy. Much easier said than done once I get in there and get going.
 
I don't mind the puking part, it's the losing/wasting a meal in the trash can that concerns me more  gotta keep that fuel in.

There was a young guy at the gym holding a trash can. He looked up at me and said "there's goes twenty bucks in food and supplements." :roflmao:

Just getting meals in and doing cardio etc etc.

Got 1 cardio session dropped this week so only 5 per week now, and got a bit more food added to the plan.

Will check back with Monday Training Log.

Chik Fil A Sauce! Omg, now That is at the store (btw , I only had chik fil a once from another rep) that yellow original one....addictive AF! That smoky sweet taste on a French Fry! Heaven . I still never go there but I make a copycat of their original and it is delicious! Yes! I admit I have a full bottle in the Fridge! Lol

Oh dude I am addicted to this sauce now, I am putting putting shit on all my meals lol. Sure I'll get sick of it eventually. Shit if you have any good sauce recipes hook it up. Eating the same shit daily the sauce makes all the difference.
