    Had check ins with coach this AM. Weight was down from last week so carbs were increased slightly this week.

    Upper DC Rest Pause

    HS Inc 4p per side*6 3/4, 2 1/2, 1 1/2 (Fucker beat me again this week!! Lost some reps from last week..damn it)

    Stretch Push Up 35lb on back*18(+10lb)

    CGCR 240*7,3,2(+10lb)(This machine maxs out at 250, so gonna have to figure something out here soon, maybe single arm...)

    Cable Pullover 140*15(+10lb)

    Hs Shoulder Press 3p per side*5,2,1(lost some reps here from last week too)

    Cable Rear Fly 45*13,13(+1rep,+1rep)

    Uni Cable Tri Press 110*15,15,15

    Wasn't the greatest session as I did lose some reps here and there, but but also made progress in other areas, so not a total failure. Just gonna keep hammering away and trying to get bigger and stronger.

    Also did 30 cardio/Abs

    I really like the idea of the peaches and cinnamon with the cream of rice. Does the sugar free syrup leave that funky after taste in your mouth?

    Looks like a really good meal! Peach in cream of rice sounds good have to try it myself

    It's definitely a nice easy to get down meal. Yeah the sugar free syrup doesn't taste the best. So I only use a small amount for a little hint of sweetness, so not bad.

    Good session, kept most weights the same as last week because they felt pretty heavy last time so want to make sure I don't sacrifice form for the sake up trying to add more weight just to add more weight.

    Upper Loading "A"

    Hs Inc 3p+25 per side*10,6 1/2(same weight and reps as previous session, was aiming for 8 on my second set but only got the 6.5. Did a nice drop set after my 2nd set since I didn't hit my rep mark. That's something I'll usually do on times I fail early and don't hit my mark ill do a nice drop set to still get more activation than the previous session, so in a way progress was still made, but not in the fashion I would have liked)

    Db Floor Press 100*10 1/2(stuck at the exact same spot as last session)

    Bb Row 255*8,6(+10lb)

    Pull up BW*15,15(+2 rep on 2nd set)(These are getting super easy, gotta start adding weight)

    Behind Neck Smith 205*10,8(same as last session, but felt easier)

    RDD 70*25(same as last session but form was better)

    Plate Loaded Tri Dip 3p+25 per arm*15,15,15(+25lb)

    30 Cardio/Abs

    Kind of a so so session I suppose as far as progress goes, but everything felt good and pumps are starting to get pretty nice. We shall keep plugging away!!

    GT.. around what time do you train the majority of your weeks workouts at? How many meals do you have normally before session? Reason I ask is I've been trying lately to switch up routine and train super early fasted and well it's pretty damn rough. Im not sure if it's just something I need to get my body used to but I swear I'm like 20% lower on max lifts and closer to 40% on length duration of normal training times before I'm gassed. Also do you take any prewo supps?

    These days I am up at 5:30 and in the gym by 6:30. Wake up, coffee, shit, shower, Meal 1 which is Whey,Oats,PB, then out the door. No pre supps other than a cup of coffee or 2...and a whole lot of built up aggression 😁

    Good session, made some solid progress. Can't wait to keep progressing and building these legs up!
