    6oz Chicken Breast
    1.5 Cups Jasmine Rice
    1 Serving Chic Fil A Sauce
    Squeeze of Sweet and Spicy Mustard

    Still here doing my thing, just nothing to report currently. This week was supposed to be a deload week, but coach ended up telling me to just skip the gym all together for the week, so no training until Monday.

    Just getting meals in and doing cardio etc etc.

    Got 1 cardio session dropped this week so only 5 per week now, and got a bit more food added to the plan.

    Will check back with Monday Training Log.

    Chik Fil A Sauce! Omg, now That is at the store (btw , I only had chik fil a once from another rep) that yellow original one....addictive AF! That smoky sweet taste on a French Fry! Heaven . I still never go there but I make a copycat of their original and it is delicious! Yes! I admit I have a full bottle in the Fridge! Lol

    Oh dude I am addicted to this sauce now, I am putting putting shit on all my meals lol. Sure I'll get sick of it eventually. Shit if you have any good sauce recipes hook it up. Eating the same shit daily the sauce makes all the difference.

    Kept all weights and reps the same as my previous session prior to my "deload" week.

    Hack Squat 5p+25 per side*10,8

    Hack Widow 3p+25 per side*20(had to rack the weight 3 times during the 20 reps to catch my breath)

    Low Leg Press 550*12,10

    Uni Lying Leg Curl 75*8,6

    Adductor 175stack*20,20

    Uni Calf Press 150*12,12,12,12

    Uni Cable Curl 50*12,12,12

    30cardio/abs

    Session definitely kicked my ass..in a good way. Legs were sore before I left the gym, will be feeling it tomorrow.

    Little pic I snapped this AM..cheat meal yesterday, woke up lighter today. Funny how that works sometimes lol.
