Wow. Hey man. Been reading through a bunch of stuff for weeks now! I had my last surgery on June 10th. It was pretty major, I actually almost died. Woops! So Iíve basically been reading a ton of different forums and using a contact over in China for some recovery fuel I started taking a few weeks ago. I really just hope it is what they say. Blue capped lyo powder, sworn each one is 10iu. But itís been quite a few years since Iíd searched for anything like that so all I can do is 🙏🏼.
Anyway man! I didnít mean to go on a rant cause youíre in a serious situation that I really hope goes well for you. Interestingly enough thatís actually why I decided youíd be the first I talked to on one of these forums that I recently started looking for again. Lifestyle change! Haha! And Iím sure you know all about that at this point! So anyway man. Our surgeries were quite different physically but also quite similar in some emotional and trauma experience type of ways. So Bullseye, please get well with the speediest of recoveries. Cause it sounds very much like you deserve the best of recoveries! 🙏

Him or me? 🤔 😆 I would assume me cause ďtear out your assholeĒ haha! I made a really bad last second decision while landing my sport canopy after an amazing skydive. 🤷🏽*♂️ ďBad choice, bad choice, bad choiceĒ So the next time will NOT include that decision again. Anyway, I should probably start a thread to talk about it somewhere. Could be here. Cause so far ďtear out your assholeĒ was hilarious! And Bulldog sounds like he definitely deserves a solid surgeon and the best outcome possible. After that, I would love for his recovery to be stellar. Good luck with that Bulldog!!

Injuries suck..but as we age..we have to change how we train..I nearly had neck surgery last yr for nerve damage..but the Dr.s kept dicking me around about recovery..80% one day..then 60%..you will still have pain..8 months in a Halo..No,not doing it and still have pain..So 3x a wk at PT,and 80% better now..
Some choices are hard..just have to wiegh them out..I will pray for you Brother..fast..but safe recovery..We tend to want to jump back into it to soon.. Don't..!!
Take that needed time to fully recover, then ease back into it..

I was off the Iron for 3 long yrs..it sucked..
You need anything at all..you have my info.. don't hesitate to ask..

One thing about this forum that's different...We help our members in need..!

I had this done 18 months ago. Doc said it would take better part of a year to get back to normal. My bicep looks great, better peak than the other side. Depending on where they attach it it can take longer. I had my right reattached to the bone and my left piggybacks on the other bicep (you do have two) The one attached to the other tendon isnít as strong, but healed quicker.
    Good luck, youíll do fine.

Glad it went good. I hate to ask...is it your dominant side? Wiping opposite handed sucks.

The fact that it worked on your other arm 10 years ago is very encouraging! Youíre going to come out of this like a new man. 👍
