Trying to get my wife pregnant. Not working. Any advice?

Hello all- Im a 34 year old TRT patient. Ive been on TRT since my early 20s due to an inoperable pituitary tumor. Through the years ive blasted and cruised. I had my first child back in 2018. All i did was lower my testosterone dosage and start a regimen of HCG and Clomid. It worked great and got my wife pregnant quickly.

This time around I have been on HCG and Clomid for a few months and shes not getting pregnant. I just got a blood test and wanted to post it here to see if anyone can help shed light as im sure many AS users come across this problem in life. I see my doctor again.. but not until Sept 23rd and i really want to figure this out. Ive discontinued Testosterone Cyp completely and am continuing 500ius of HCG/day and 25mg of clomid daily. Im going to try to get a script for a sperm analysis too.

Why is my LH so low on HCG? Does HCG simply replace LH?

Realize you are going to need medical intervention regardless of what you choose. You are either going to pay doctors or someone else to get you back on track.

I'm absolutely open to what you are suggesting; I want to read up on that protocol however. Do you have any issue with hcg+clomid? It's worked for me in the past with success; for many others I know as well.

Research HMG on Pubmed (studies) - I administer it at 75iu a week total. Read about that figure. Also research price points.

I have an appointment with a Uroligist later this month so hoping to get a script to get a sperm count. For now I only have access to an Endo and he gave me the clomid. I get my HCG from ReliableRX- I've always used them.

I'm hesitant on the Humanofort as I manage a dietary supp company. Being in the industry made me so jaded. As I'm sure you know it's so easy to fake these manufacturing records or lab results.

HMG has always looked promising to me but seems very expensive. Do Urologists prescribe this to men easily?

Humanofort is Emeric Delczegs product. I get it directly from him and it comes from Europe. Look at the brand and look up reviews on it. Thankfully it has been around 20+ years and so you can see feedback. I use it as part of my protocol and have successfully assisted dozens of men in getting wives/gf's pregnant.

HMG is excellent. If you can't get a script, then PM me, we have it.

Urologists don't easily prescribe anything (except cialis) LOL. But you certainly can try. You may have to see an endo to get the script, if you can get it at all. This is the trick to it all. And which is why I do my own protocol from years of experience and legitimate sourcing. I can't count on the medical field to legitimately help my clients.

Thank you for this information! What's the typical HMG dosage? I'm reading the general consensus is 75iu 2x/wk. How long does one keep this up for? Am I simply taking it every week until she gets pregnant?
