How do you mix your gainer powders? Whenever I try these things they just linger in my gut and I stay foamy and it totally kills me for my next meal.
They give me the worst heartburn.

The way I stop it from foaming is by using milk and adding crushed ice and peanut butter and then put it in the blender. Idk why but the ice and peanut butter help stop the foam.

That's exactly what happens to me man it just flushes everything out, but it's funny you're not the only person that made the suggestion about ice, but the suggestion with ice was in regards to something else I think heartburn or something.

Maybe I should try that.

Whole milk

Once you master exactly how much ice you need and exactly how long to blend it, it tastes so good. You can get it with little pieces of ice which helps heartburn like friend suggested. Chewing on ice in general helps my stomach.

Gotta love when your hamstring tightens up and it forces you to stop your deadlifts. I’ve been putting extra focus on hamstrings because in my last bodybuilding show my hamstring glute tie in was a weak point. As Arnold would say “make your weak points your strengths”.

When I get it going to throw the Serious Mass right after the workout. And for Meal 6, I’m removing ice cream and adding a protein bar. Don’t want to have carbs on my last meal.

Wife says my hands are getting puffy. Could be from the GH or holding water from the Anadrol/Deca. Either way it makes everything feel light in my hands. Surprisingly my face didn’t get puffy yet, but I think thats yet to come.
 
If i have to choose between hands or face i would always choose hands lol! Definitely a combination of both compounds. How long are you running GH? For me it’s always after a few months especially during a heavy bulking period.

Was running a different UG GH prior to this log at 2iu ED. Was on a few months. But never had swollen hands. Taking 4iu of EP GH and getting swollen hands and tingly fingers in the morning. I love it. The swollen hands make the weight feel lighter in my hands. The tingly feeling in the morning can get annoying but goes away quick
 
Day 18. Shoulder/Hamstrings. 9/23.

Workout-

Dumbbell Side Raise Superset Front Raise-
(used a 25lb quarter in each hand)

Shoulders were on fire from that. Would have used dumbbells but since I’m back in my home gym and don’t have many dumbbells I used a 25lb quarter. I guess the way I was gripping it my shoulders burned more from that than 25lb dumbbells.

Then went light on some hamstrings because they were really sore from yesterday.

Leg Curl-
25 for 20
25 for 20

Nice slow and controlled. Felt like a massage from the soreness I have already in the muscle. And back to shoulders with another superset.

Dumbbell Rear Delts Superset Barbell Shrugs

Used those 25lb quarters again for the Rear Delts and did 3 sets of 15 supersetting into shrugs with 225lb on the barbell.

Was a fun different workout today. I enjoyed putting hamstrings in the middle of my shoulder workout. Never tried that. Next time I might even superset shoulders into hamstrings.

I’d say shoulders are one of my dominant body parts, while hamstrings are one of my lacking body parts and this is the second training session for them this week. So its an interesting pair up.

Diet was pretty much the same except breakfast I stopped at ihop and had french toast. After I almost finished I forgot to take a picture lol Sorry guys can only give you a google one

Watched the Arnold with the wife and a few friends. Ordered pizza and wings. Was a good time. Great victory by Nick.

Took off yesterday to watch the Arnold so had to work today. It was a short day so diet was perfect.

I have been feeling great. Weight still sitting at 225lb. This weekend my Serious Mass and Creatine arrived so I’m ready to start that Monday. Hopefully that will help increase my weight too.

Arms were really tight right from the beginning, so couldn’t go as heavy as normal on the other exercises. But pump was skin tight, and biceps were on fire. Really liked it, great way to switch things up.

I’ve tried in the past doing something similar for chest by doing flys first. But wasn’t a fan. Felt like I couldn’t get my normal huge pump because I was weaker on my bench. But for arms it works perfectly because they don’t require a lot of overload to get pumped. Will do it again in a few weeks, thanks for the advice bro.

Training a little different this week. Doing 2 sets total each exercise, 6 exercises total, 12 sets total.

Really need 50’s and 60’s for dumbbells. But since I’m using 40’s I go slow and really squeeze as hard as I can. Had a really good pump training this way. Can’t wait to see legs tomorrow.

Diet was the same, until dinner. Took the wife out to a restaurant and ordered a lobster roll, fries and wings.

Feeling great overall. Lifts moving up, weight finally hit 226lb. Hands a little tingly in the morning from the GH, but goes away quick. Stomach feels perfect with the Anadrol. And all shots have been smooth like butter. My only issue is with my new job. When I drive 8 hours my lower back has been bothering me. Seats in the limo are really comfortable, but I’m just not moving much and my back stiffens up. Any ideas on how to stop back from getting so sore after driving? I’ve seen massagers that plug into the car, or a back pillow. Have to figure it out. But happy I figured out the diet during work, carrying food every where I go now.

I’m also not big on doing flys before doing my compound movement, unless it’s just a light warmup. But going to failure on flyes and then going to a compound movement is a no go.

Not sure the real name for Reverse Pushups, but its when you lay in the power rack, and grab the barbell above you, and pull your back off the ground.

And Monday I did Pullover laying on the bench which hits chest more, today I lay across the bench to hit back more.

Again felt guilty not hitting 495 on deadlift because I’m trying this new routine, but have to say I was almost more pumped this way,

Diet involved a lot more rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly and 2 serious mass.

Feeling great otherwise, really enjoying this cycle. Ordered more Anadrol and Aromasin will post porn when it arrives.

Haha i know the feeling, i feel like a complete pussy when skipping a set. I didn’t do it many times and though. But sometimes you’ve to listen to your body. An injury is way worse then being save and listening to your body.

Great pump during this workout. Love these supersets. Miss my cable tricep to cable bicep superset I use to do in the gym.

Feeling great otherwise, finally feeling bigger. You know the puffy feeling in your arms and chest, and it just stays hours after the workout. Sometimes even wake up a little pumped lol.

Off days from the gym but not from work. Worked my ass off over the weekend, both 10 hour days of non stop driving. Diet was very clean, a lot of rice cakes and chicken salads on the go. But pigged out the first night on white castle and taco bell last night. Literally the only places I found open at 4am in the areas I was driving. Tried to eat as clean as possible, ate a few fiesta potatoes from taco bell, those are great.

Feeling strong today. You know when you first lift 135 and it feels like nothing in your hands? One of those days. Felt great. And had to touch 315. Would have had a few more but chest felt so tight and pumped on rep 6 I racked it. Hard when you get a chest cramp mid set, so I just racked it before it happened. Wife said when posing after my chest looked the biggest it ever has. On week 5 and really starting to hit my stride. Weight is 227lb tonight, and appetite keeps increasing.

Looking to add a little something to the mix. Maybe another compound or upping the GH. What do you guys think? Anything you want to see me try in the PSL store? Bulking only.

Day 30. Missed Legs. 10/5.

Well first day I missed a workout in 30 days. Was called into work to do a delivery job. Had to drive 3 hours to transport about 30 boxes all about 20-30lb. But the annoying part was when I got there I had to carry each one individually up 2 flights of stairs. When I got home I was exhausted. Maybe if it was Arms I would have pushed through the workout, but I didn’t want to half ass Legs. I cannot skip a leg day in a week, so I’ll train them tomorrow.

Took advantage of extra eating tonight. Had 2 protein shakes, a slice of pizza during the day and a pint of ice cream at night. Weighed 228lb. 6lb in 4.5 weeks, I’ll take it. 1 pound a week is cool with me.

Finally starting to feel the full effects of Deca and Anadrol together, starting to get a little puffy which I love.

Hope everyones killing those workouts. Heres some motivation:

Day 31. Legs. 10/6.

Felt like going heavy today.

Workout-

Squats-
135 x 10
225 x 8
315 x 6
405 x 4
495 x failure 4

Was so nauseas after that, but needed to finish the workout. So I did a light superset of leg extension to leg curl, 3 sets, 15 reps each.

Room was spinning for 30 minutes. Haven’t put 495 on my back in a while. Surprisingly my legs and back handled it good but my breath was taken out of me. Eventually took a cold shower and it made me feel a lot better.

Couldn’t eat much the rest of the day. A lot of bland chicken and rice to settle my stomach. Thats whats crazy about squatting, miss a few weeks with your heavy weight and then you’ll feel the pain coming back. Need to hit 495 again soon so I can get use to the nausea.

Day 32. Shoulders/Hamstrings. 10/7.

Back was sore waking up so decided to do Shoulder/Hamstrings today.

Have been feeling really good. Finally losing some veins and gaining some body fat like I wanted. Weighed 229lb tonight. Been eating a lot of rice, just snaking on it through out the day. Its been making me feel really full, then when my stomach is completely stuffed I try to drink a Serious Mass shake without puking. Really pushing the food now, feels good.

A couple days behind, been so busy with work and would have updated last night but was enjoying the Olympia. Great show last night. Ramys legs are so powerful, its hard for anyone to touch him from the side or back just from his legs. I have him winning 4 poses just because of his legs, side chest, side tricep, back bicep, and back lat spread. And I get they called out Ramy and Curry alone because they were the previous Mr Olympias, but I don’t have Curry in 2nd place. Guess we’ll find out tonight.
 
Day 33. Back. 10/8.

Another day I felt like going heavy and touching 495. (back and shoulder day swapped this week)

Diet has been the same, except I’ve been very conscious about my water intake. I’ve made sure I drink more and carry around a gallon. Sitting at 230lb. Starting to get the weight I wanted, the that bloated puffy look. Test/Deca/Anadrol will always be my favorite cycle, love the way it bloats you.
