Happy Halloween everyone! My wife and I dressed as Ninjas and went out to eat and did some trick of treating. We only had 2 trick or treaters all day, guess everyones still scared of Covid. Had a fun time, and always a good excuse to dress up.

Ate a lot today and starting this next week off strong. Wanted to take this to the next level. Really feeling good, so I’m bumping the test to a gram.

Ready to really start pushing to a new size I’ve never been before. And starting tomorrow cycle gets stronger and diet gets stricter. I will be adding more shakes and my peanut butter and jellys and more rice and beans. Still 236lb, lets see what happens in the next few weeks.

Anyone know a good supplement to increase appetite?

Well it’s always gets tougher to eat during a heavy bulking period. You can take all the supps in the world to increase your appetite, but it begins at your diet.

Some tips i can give you:
- eat calorie dense foods and try to keep it low(er) volume;
- don’t neglect your healthy fats;
- stay with food YOU digest very well and don’t switch it to often;
- stay active;
- keep an eye on your blood glucose levels, insulin sensitivity is key for taking up nutrients!
- Take your liver and organ support and don’t stay in oral steroids for to long;

Supss / Peds that potentialy could increase appetite:
- EQ;
- MK677;
- Lantus, i would only take this when you got issues with your blood glucose levels;
- there are meds that could raise appetite but i’m not experienced enough to give you advice about those..

I did, MK677 is one of those things where your appetite will get out of control (for me atleast haha).

Negative thing about MK677 is that it fucks up you blood glucose levels and you’ll get insulin resistance very quickly.

If i where you i would run 2-3 iu of HGH and 20mg MK677 in the morning. Check you blood glucose levels weekly and when it gets out of range to much drop the MK677 and bump up the HGH dose to 4-5 iu.

I been doing the same with shrugs, deloading and slowing down again, getting full range of true motion with escalating holds.. so many guys rip themselves off with the range of motion due to overloading. such a short range of motion with traps, those fuckers need all the ROM that they can get..

You 100% nailed it, we are all guilty of just bouncing the weight when we do shrugs but we have to put ourselves in check and remember that the traps are already compromised with a very limited range of motion so why should we limited even more? We need to give the traps the most range of motion that we possibly can and that includes the full stretch..
These kettlebell grips are very unique and they're great for doing flies with just like you said with the weight displacement it's entirely different.. these grapes are also fantastic for shrugs and meadow rows..

Ok story time for you guys. Its a little embarrassing but funny. Me and the wife were wrestling after sex, we got in this weird position where I almost could lick her asshole, so I said “Imma lick your asshole bitch”, right as I was about to she farted as a joke, directly in my right eye….Well we were hysterical laughing because my eye might be fucked. 24 hours later I had a bad stye on the bottom of my eyelid. Been wearing sunglasses all weekend while working for the Limo company. Good thing is no one noticed, sunglasses fit right in for a Limo driver. So I went to CVS, got an eye patch, stye ointment, and stye eye drops. Asked the pharmacist what antibiotics would be used for a stye and she said Amoxicillin. I happened to have a few at the house so I’ve been taking them, and have been keeping a warm tea bag under the eye patch. And today it exploded and felt so much better. Its been draining throughout the day and made me feel so much relief. Moral of the story is butts and eyes don’t go well together.

Diet was off because the antibiotics messed with my stomach. But hopefully by the end of this week my eye will be 100% again and I’ll gain back the weight I lost. Sitting at 233lb now, 3lb loss. Will get it right back. Lets start the week off strong tomorrow!
 
Day 64. Chest. 11/8.

I do 8 injections a week, somewhere around 70 injections so far, and this is the first one that gave me a coughing fit. So obviously nothing wrong with the gear, I must have knicked something going in. And if I ever get a coughing fit its always when I inject glutes. And of course I did inject glutes today. Anyone know the real reason you cough like that? 5 minutes of non stop coughing then completely fine. My glutes also have so much scar tissue now, after I get the needle in I really have to push that plunger for the oil to move. Anywhere else the oil just slides right in. And I know this is smooth oil because if I have thick GSO doing lats is a pain, but with EP its been really easy.

Anyways had a great workout today. Focusing on hitting 315 every workout to really get use to that weight. I want 315 on the bench monday, 315 for squats tuesday, 315 for deadlifts wednesday, and 315 for shrugs thursday. Thats my goal starting now, to make 315 feel light.

Great pump today. Simple straight to the point workout. Really just wanted to hit 315 for 10. As I said yesterday, I want to touch 315 everyday.

Feeling great, will be adding MK677 to my cycle. I’ll also be trying EP Viagra. Porn incoming soon.

First time taking MK677, should I take it with the 4iu of GH I’m running? Or should I stop the GH and try the MK677 alone? Maybe after 2 weeks add the GH back in just to see how the MK677 effects my body?

Last 2 days were short workouts because of my work schedule. Got called last minute both days but still had to get that workout in. Accomplished my goal of the week of hitting 315 for Bench, Squat, Deadlift, and Shrugs.

Feeling great, eye is almost completely healed. Stopped antibiotics after it popped. Weight is back to 236lb. And I think I made the decision to stop my blast at day 100 and go back to cruising. And also made the decision to make 2022 a growing year to fill out my frame more and compete at the end of 2023. I will be continuing my log through my journey.
 
Day 68. Off. 11/12.

Really wanted to get in some Arms today but schedule was so crazy. Worked for the Limo in the morning, then all day had clients come to my home gym to train and then had more Limo work. And then my cousins birthday dinner. Good thing was I ate like a pig and weighed 237lb and was very happy with that. Officially 15lb in 68 days. Obviously could have gained more weight, but I’m trying to gain quality weight. Last offseason was a bitch trying to diet because I let myself get too fat.

Over the weekend I bought my wife a Cadillac ATS. I drive a Cadillac Escalade, so now were a Cadillac couple lol. Kept my weight at 237lb, made sure I didn’t drop. Must have checked the scale 10 times today to make sure I kept it lol If I can hold 237 for 1 week, I’ll be able to push to 238. But if I keep fluctuating from 235-237 its tough, thats why I made sure my weight was steady all day.

The Viagras will be used on very tired nights or drunkin nights. And I will be splitting them in 4’s. I tried 50mg one time and felt like my eyes were in a pool of chlorine all day, I could only imagine 100mg.

Will be trying the MK677 starting tomorrow. Will add it right on top of my 4iu of GH. Thinking 20mg to start. Never tried MK677 before.

Been going great bro. First time doing a full cycle EP and really loving it. Focusing hard this off season filing out the frame. Trying to learn from my mistakes last season and not get as sloppy. Had to lose too much weight to get my glutes and hamstrings shredded.

Day 1 of MK677 was good, worked a lot today so not sure if I’m feeling tired from the work or that. But I’ve been pretty hungry today.

Really crazy pump. Throughout the rest of the day my chest kept cramping up. Any time I reached my arm across my body I felt my chest get stuck, and I’d have to open both my arms to pop it back in place. Doesn’t hurt when that happens but is pretty awkward feeling.

Day 72. Legs. 11/16.

Well today was fucked. Was helping a friend move boxes in a basement and the second to last stair from the bottom completely broke on me and I ended up falling down the last 2 steps. I stepped right through the step, and was holding a big wooden pallet and fell down right on my left ankle. Laid on the floor for about 10 minutes, really thought I broke it. But stood up, shook it off and continued working another hour until I was done. The adrenaline definitely pushed me through that last hour, because when I got home and took off my shoe, my ankle looked like a balloon. Iced it the rest of the night and wore a boot. I played ice hockey as a kid for 13 years, this has happened to me a lot, but never at this weight.

Sadly couldn’t train legs today, but diet was spot on.

Day 73. Back. 11/17.

Skipped training today due to my ankle. Took off from work as well. Had a couple errands I ran with the wife and have been walking better. Man injuries suck, but at least its just a sprain.

Diet was actually really good these past few days. Sometimes I’m a nervous eater and I guess because of all the nerves I somehow made it to 240lb lol so something good came from this. Was feeling pretty bloated from not moving much and continuing to eat what I normally do. Usually if im not active I don’t get hungry, but I was just too nervous about my ankle I couldn’t stop pounding down the food.

Day 74. Shoulder/Hamstrings. 11/18.

Again took off from the gym. Just don’t want to push my ankle. Next week I’ll attempt leg curls, leg extensions and upper body. Swelling went down a lot, no black and blues, I’m able to move it every direction without pain. Only problem is walking, if I put all my weight on it I feel discomfort but not pain.

Sat at 240lb all day. Pretty happy with my weight. But not happy I can’t train. Only 26 days left on my bulk, really wanted to finish strong. Hope I can get back into squatting soon, but I won’t attempt that until I’m completely 100%. And I’d say I’m at 70% now.

Took off Friday and of course the weekend. Wanted my ankle to heal. Ate a lot of food. And have been taking care of my Mom who has stage 4 cancer. I don’t like talking about it, thats why I don’t mention it or go into detail. Always feel more down around the holidays now, with my Mom being sick and my Dad that passed away.

Held each rep at the top. And with the Pull Over I did a little chest press with it each rep.

Great workout. I didn’t go too crazy today because my ankle is still healing so decided to make it harder by holding each rep at the top, which will increase your time under tension. I’m starting to think my appetite is increasing recently from the MK677 I recently started taking. Only taking 20mg at the moment.

Day 79. Off. 11/23.

Took off legs to let my ankle completely heal. Thought I’d be able to hit leg extension or leg curl but I still have a little swelling I’m waiting to go away first.

Day 80. Off. 11/24.

Not exactly what I wanted but decided to take the rest of the week off with the gym. I’ve been so busy with work, the holidays, the wife, all while trying to heal this ankle. Maybe a week off will be good for my body.

Otherwise the cycle is going great. Sitting at 239lb currently for a few days now. Thats a 17lb gain in 80 days. Still hoping to finish these last 20 days of bulk strong.

Goals for the last 20 days of bulk:
245lb weight
315 for 10 comfortably on bench
back to squatting atleast 315 from healed ankle
405 deadlift for 12 comfortably

All this will depend a lot on my ankle but its coming along.

One of my favorite things to eat during Thanksgiving is sweet potatoes. Love how everyone makes them different, some use maple syrup, or marshmallows, or mash them. Food porn all day today! Eat up my iron bros and get those extra gains!

Day 81. Off. 11/25.

Thanksgiving was great. Ate with my family first, then went to eat with my wife’s family. A lot of turkey, gravy, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, mushrooms, stuffing, rice, pies, etc. I was stuffed by the end of both dinners and was falling asleep from over eating lol.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

Relaxed all day until I randomly got called into work. I was eating all the left overs from yesterday. Who else eats Thanksgiving dinner for a whole week after Thanksgiving? lol

Todays my friends birthday. His wife is doing a surprise party so we’ll see how that goes.

Excited to get back to training on Monday. It was hard taking a week off, but my body needed it and now I’m more motivated than before. I miss and crave that pump.

Worked and relaxed for the rest of the day. Still eating all my Thanksgiving left overs.

Tried something different and went 3 seconds on negative and 2 seconds positive. Crazy pump.

Really crazy pump going slow. Felt every fiber in my chest and posing afterward was harder than normal because my entire body was so tight from this workout.

Diet has been getting back to normal. Really going hard this week.

Later today I’ll train Arms. I can’t do Legs or Back until this swelling in my ankle goes away. It just a sprain but I don’t want to put weight on it yet.

Love these 3 supersets. And did them lighter with slow negatives and they burned like crazy.

Weight is sitting around 237-239. Haven’t hit 240 yet.

Feeling great. I feel like my appetite and sleep have improved from the MK677. This was my first time taking it and I will definitely be adding this back into the mix after I finish. Sticking to 20mg at the moment. Might try 30mg toward the end.

Took the rest of the week off for multiple reasons. Resting my ankle was the main reason but I also had a ton of work, Christmas shopping, and its my birthday so I enjoyed eating out with a few different groups of friends.

Hopefully by the end of this weekend I can push to 240lb. And next week I’ll definitely be attempting legs. Ankle is about 80%, still some swelling surprisingly. I might have to keep wrapping it and keep it in a boot until its 100%. I never did get an xray but theres not much they can do for a sprained ankle or very slight fracture, just wrap it and keep it in boot.

Feeling great otherwise, can’t believe I almost made it to 100 days already. The time is flying by. Hope everyone has a great time during the holidays. Now is the time to cherish being with your family and spend more time with them. And to feel the holiday spirit, go look at decorated houses, have a snowball fight, build an igloo, go sledding, be a kid again and enjoy this time of the year.

So it looks like this log might go in a complete different direction. My wife missed her period by 3 weeks and was convinced she was pregnant. We have always been against having kids, but if it happens it happens, we are married. She ended up getting her period, but to our surprise we didn’t have the feeling of relief, rather disappointment. So after long talks we decided we wanted to actively try. She knows that it may be impossible or very hard because I have been running gear for years, and like I said we never really wanted kids in the first place. We just think having a kid is the best blessing, we would both love to have one, and we know the consequences going in.

So with all that being said I needed to go to cruise dose anyway, so its almost perfect timing. I know with any protocol I will eventually need to come off completely.

I know Dave Palumbo personally and I reached out to him for his baby making protocol. Which consists of HMG, HCG, and Clomid. Its a very aggressive approach so I’m going to save his protocol for last.

To start I’ll be going to cruise at 250mg a week, for the first month. ( This started this week 12/6-12/13 )

The second month I’ll possibly go down to 100mg or come off completely. And add HCG in the mix.

Then the third month no anabolics, HCG, HMG, and Clomid.

Still trying to make a plan here, if anyone has suggestions on how to slowly increase my chances by changing things. I always like the approach of getting the most out of the littlest amount. The ideal situation would be getting her pregnant when I’m still on gear, but I dont want to try for months/years when I potentially have the opportunity to do it during this cruise. I was planning to cruise for 3 months, but if I have to come off I will. Sometimes the windows of opportunity are small in life, so I have to take my chance now.
