Day 1 of cycle. Pinning schedule looks like this:

Monday-
Right Glute .5 Test C, .5 Deca

Wednesday-

So its actually 800 Test C because the bottles 200mg.

Glutes felt nice and smooth. No pip or lump after. Felt good taking Anadrol again one of my favorite orals next to my girls lol. Had a little weak stomach from it but that usually happens the first few days until my body gets use to it.

Today was chest day:

Flat Bench-

Great pump today. You’ll notice my workouts are only 3-4 exercises and reps on the higher side pyramiding down in reps and up in weight. I’ve experimented with many different styles of training and found this is what I grow most from. I have a very fast metabolism, so staying in the gym for hours makes it impossible for me to gain weight. I need to get straight to the point, and get out of there and eat!

Going to really try to push the food this cycle. I’m sitting at 222lb, goal is to push to 250lb and then cut for a show. No idea what weight class I’ll be in, will go solely by the mirror at that point.

If you have any questions or advice i’m all for it. Leg day tomorrow! Have to put it in my brain and prepare myself for the torture coming.
 
are you splitting your injections in half right and left every day? did I get it right?

Yup 1cc in each glute Monday. 1cc in each quad Tuesday. If I have the option of putting less oil in the syringe and take an additional shot, I do it.

Meals 3 and 6 are my unhealthy meals. Its the only way I can gain some serious weight quick. I take notes on how Juan Morel did it by eating crap, but I still need clean meals. Don’t exactly have his genetics lol.

Getting all my info from the app myfitnesspal. Seems to be pretty accurate. And really helped me during my last contest prep. Anyone use this app? Or have a better app to recommend?

Another great day in the books. I’m use to only eating around 3,000 calories thats what I did all summer. So today seemed tough for my diet. Will get use to eating a lot in a few days when my body adjusts. And if I notice I’m gaining weight in my stomach meals 3 and 6 turn into peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. And if I have to decrease it more it’ll go to rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly. Training went great. Again if you have questions feel free to ask away.

Too early to say things are kickin in, but I’m definitely feeling good. Slowly getting my appetite back to offseason mode. And strength is slowly increasing. You know your feeling good when you go to lift the bar with 2 plates on each side and you have to double take to see if there all 45’s. Everything started feeling light in my hands, love when that happens.

Day 4. Shoulders and Hamstrings.

Sometimes I’ll start Shoulders, sometimes Hamstrings. I judge this by soreness. If they aren’t that sore from leg day on Tuesday I will put them first so I can put a lot of effort into them. If they are really sore I’ll throw them at the end. They are extremely sore today, probably from the deadlifts yesterday so I through them in at the end.

Military Press: (barbell)
95 for 15
135 for 12
185 for 10
225 for 6 (wanted 8 here)

Front Raises: (dumbbells)
20’s for 15
25’s for 12
30’s for 10

Side Raises: (dumbbells)

Another great day in the books. My body feels like it was hit by a train, really sore today. Was dreading sitting on the toilet, you guys know after leg day, you sit on the toilet and your legs go completely numb and I get pins and needles in my toes lol

Stomach did not bother me with the Anadrol today. Always takes a few days for me to get use to it.

Tricep Cable Pushdown to Bicep Cable Curl

Reverse Tricep Cable Pushdown to Reverse Bicep Cable Curl

Headcrusher to Close Grip to Standing Curl (with curly bar)

Then did some isolated work to finish it off, Single Arm Rope and Concentration Curls Standing Across Body

Reason I havn’t updated the past few days was because I started a new job. Turns out Friday was my last day working and training in my gym because of Biden and his new mandates. My gym is requiring everyone to get the vaccine and I refuse. Some of my clients will train at my home gym, but others are pro vaccine and won’t. Before I was a full time trainer I was a truck driver and uber driver, so I have my cdl and tlc license. Went to a local Limo place and they hired me on the spot and I started work that night. Drove a group to a wedding, waited in the area and went back to pick them up. About 6 hours total, but only actually drove 30 mins there and 30 mins, $350 cash not bad. A little disappointed about my gym. But luckily I’m prepared this time, made a home gym during the start of the pandemic.

Day 6. Off Day. 9/11

Worked again all day. Drove a group to a casino and actually got to go inside and have a little fun myself. My diet has been really bad adjusting to this new job. Going to start bringing food with me after I go food shopping tomorrow.

Day 7. Off Day. 9/12

Finally an off day from the gym and work. Went food shopping so I’m prepared for next week. Ate like a pig today and ordered pizza and wings. Enjoyed my day off.

Thank you bro. I think the hardest part in bodybuilding is knowing how to push the food. Clean or dirty you need to eat a lot to grow.

Just had this at a diner. Not the healthiest food, but combine that with a few healthy meals and its a great recipe for growth.

Day 8. Chest Day. 9/13

Back training at home because my gym requires the vaccine now. I have a power rack with weights up to 600lb. Im lacking in dumbbells. But still had an amazing pump, and pretty much did everything I would in the gym.

Workout-

Incline Bench-

275 x 8

Incline Dumbbell Flys-
40 x 10
40 x 10
40 x 10

Dips-

Pull Overs-
40 x 10
40 x 10
40 x 10

I incorporated Pull Overs in, laying on the bench not sideways. I would do it sideways on back day, but for chest day I feel it a lot more in my chest keeping my body on the bench.

And dumbbells I have are 5’s, 10’s, 12.5’s, 40’s and 100’s. So couldn’t increase for my flys or pull overs. Really need a pair of 50’s and 60’s soon.

Diet was pretty much the same. Except dinner I took the wife out to a Peruvian restaurant for our anniversary and ate Ceviche.

Feeling good. Weight sitting at 224lb so 2lb increase in 8 days so far. Definitely hungrier and definitely more horny. Spending too much time on that photo gallery section lol Might have to order some EP Viagra and give that a try.
