    Upright Row Superset Shrugs Superset Straight Legged Deadlifts

    Rear Delts Superset Hammer Grio Front Raises Superset Dumbbell Hamstring Curl

    Did 3 sets of each. Diet was ok, worked a lot this day. Iíve been eating a lot of Chinese recently, either General Tsoís, Chicken Chow Mein, or Steamed Chicken or Beef. Somewhat staying healthy, at least better than McDonalds.

    Day 40. Arms. 10/15.

    Did not think Iíd be able to train today but somehow found the energy. Worked 5am-1pm then 3pm-7pm. Was going to try to train between the gap, but was so hungry and ended up taking a nap and deciding to train after 7pm.

    Did my 3 supersets.

    Workout-

    Standing Behind Head Tricep Superset Reverse Curl Superset Outside Grip Curl

    Laying Headcrusher Superset Close Grip Superset Standing Inside Curl

    Sitting Behind Head Tricep Superset Sitting Curl

    Worked all day and hit gym right after so diet was not good today. It was very healthy, but didnít consist of a lot of food.

    Have been feeling great. Pump was insane today. And posing practice was the best Iíve looked in my life.

    Diet was off from work. But still kept my weight at 232lb.

    Day 41. Off. 10/16.
    Day 42. Off. 10/17

    Over the weekend I went to a haunted house and corn field maze. Love Halloween. Ate a lot this weekend. And ended up weighing 234lb by the end of it.

    Feeling great bro. Really enjoying this cycle. Just need to keep focusing on diet to really get the most out of it. Didnít realize Iíd be working a new job during this cycle, but Iím doing my best to adapt the situation.

    Day 43. Chest. 10/18.

    Workout-

    Flat Bench-
    135 x 15
    225 x 12
    315 x 11 Wanted 12

    Incline Bench- Used my 100lb dumbbells
    100ís for 10
    100ís for 10

    Stopped there with them, those dumbbells are dangerous and I canít throw them on the ground in my home gym.

    Incline Dumbbell Flys-
    40ís for 12
    40ís for 12

    Flat Dumbbell Flys-
    40ís for 12
    40ís for 12

    PullOvers-
    40 for 10
    40 for 10

    Sick pump and great posing practice after. Really starting to get my chest to fill out during the front double. Its turning into one of my strongest poses. I always stress really flexing your chest after and really learning how to flex your chest during the front double, front lat, and side chest.

    Diet was on point, weighing 235lb. Hitting the stride now. Depending how much more weight I gain I might throw a little cardio in. It gets harder to breathe when you gain weight so quickly, but 10 mins of cardio a day helps a lot.

    Been feeling really good. Love those EP Anadrols, going to miss them when I come off them soon.

    Day 44. Legs. 10/19.

    Workout-

    Squats-
    135 x 15
    225 x 12
    315 x 10
    405 x 8
    495 x 6

    Finally hit the 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 rep range I wanted with the weights I wanted. Been working to hit this for awhile but was completely exhausted from that and called it. Turn a little white after that one, almost puked. Pretty much had a weak stomach the rest of the day but made protein shakes and chocolate ice cream shakes throughout the day. Man those heavy legs always get me. Will finish this workout later this week.

    Day 45. Back. 10/20.

    Workout-

    Deadlifts-
    135 x 15
    225 x 12
    315 x 10
    405 x 6

    Man wanted 405 for 8 and 495 for 6 just like legs, but was shot after that. Tired from yesterdays leg day too. But thats why I always train legs before back and never back before legs. Legs are definitely more important.

    Pull Ups-
    15
    11
    6 shot lol

    Diet has been good, still sitting at 235lb. Holding the weight nicely.

    Feeling great, pushing through every workout with 100% intensity, feeling full all day, and libido has been through the roof recently. Havnít had sex twice a day in a long time and starting up again with the wife.

    Day 46. Shoulder/Hamstrings/Arms. 10/21.

    Forgot I had a wedding over the weekend so knew I was going to miss tomorrows workout, so through Arms in today.

    Workout-

    Side Raise Superset Front Raise Superset Leg Curl

    (Did that 3 times 20 reps each exercise. Thats 180 reps and finishes Shoulders and Hamstrings)

    Headcrusher Superset Close Grip Superset Standing Curl

    (Same concept 3 sets, 20 reps each exercise, 180 reps total)

    2 triple supersets, and took a cold shower right after and could barely move, my body was so pumped. From top to bottom from this entire week. Really been getting sick pumps that last throughout the week.

    Hit 236lb today. Stomach definitely slightly bloated so need to watch how much more weight I gain. Really want to get back up to 250lb, that is one of my goals this cycle. I know the scale doesnít matter but I like seeing physical progression on my body and the scale.

    Today my diet consisted of my normal 1st meal:

    Meal 1-
    6 eggs
    2 oatmeals
    1 protein shake

    Then Meals 2,3,4,5 were this:




    Just kept eating this over and over, making the exact same plate, chicken cutlet, potatoes, broccoli and cheese.

    At night had some Milano cookies. Enjoying my food while I still can.

    In 2019 I competed and dropped from 245 to 180. Never got my weight back since with the whole pandemic and bullshit going on. But now Iím finally hitting my stride in this cycle and Iím ready to push myself to the next level! And be a class higher at my next show, was so sad going below 200.

    Went to a wedding over the weekend. Had a fun time, had a couple drinks and ate a ton of food throughout the weekend. Sadly it doesnít matter how much I eat, if I drink I always lose weight. Came home at 233lb, was 236lb.

    Day 50. Chest. 10/25.

    Workout-

    Incline Bench-

    185 x 12
    225 x 10
    275 x 6 wanted 8

    Incline Dumbbell Fly-

    Was so tired from the weekend, was surprised I was able to push myself so hard. Alcohol never use to kill me like this, but now I get hangovers for days from just having around 6 drinks.

    Diet wasnít that great today because I just wasnít that hungry. By the end of this week Iíll be back to normal lol Still sitting at 233lb.

    10/10/10 with bodyweight on stairs

    Took on a few clients at my home gym. So been really busy recently with limo driving and personal training. But doing my best to keep up with my diet. Weight 235lb today.

    Day 52. Back. 10/27.

    Workout-

    Bent Over Rows-

    185 x 12
    225 x 10

    Deadlifts-
    275 x 15
    315 x 12
    365 x 10 This was brutal at this point

    Pull Ups-

    11 tried 15 for all

    Pull Overs-

    Feeling really good recently. Diet was much better today and made it back to 236lb.

    Did about 20 minutes of posing after the workout and was winded almost harder than the workout.

    Had a few people reach out and ask when Iím competing. Iím not sure yet, if everything goes according to plan hopefully the end of 22 or 23. Really want to fill out my frame more. Weíll see when March comes around, Iíll make the decision then.

    I can't imagine squatting 315◊20. My lungs took a shit after 8 then 6 reps other day. That's good shit right there!!!! Damn good shit!!

    Thanks bro. Iíve trained myself over the years to get higher reps on legs, it makes your legs blow up. Next time I go to a gym I want to do 20 reps each set on the leg press, miss the leg press.

    Just relaxing and eating all day. Trying to focus on getting to 240lb. Feeling great, diet has been good. Wife said I looked bloated today, which is the look Iíve been going for. She knows my offseason look better than anyone, once Iím back in the 240ís my face gets fat and she says it reminds her of a teddy bear with my beard lol Still sitting at 236 lets see what we can do today and tomorrow. Will have to post some good food porn.
