    Hey everyone, Iím a PSL Sponsored Athlete. Want to thank Vision again for giving me this opportunity. I will be running a huge log on EP products.

    My Cycle:
    750mg Test C a week
    500mg Deca a week
    50mg Anadrol a day
    20mg Aromasin M/W/F
    4iu HGH a day

    And of course some porn for you guys:

    Shoulders

    Stats:

    222lb
    30 Years Old
    12% Body Fat

    Hopefully planning to compete by the end of the year as long as there are no more lockdowns.

    Thanks for all the support and following along.

    Day 1 of cycle. Pinning schedule looks like this:

    Monday-
    Right Glute .5 Test C, .5 Deca
    Left Glute .5 Test C, .5 Deca

    Tuesday-
    Right Quad .5 Test, .5 Deca
    Left Quad .5 Test, .5 Deca

    Wednesday-
    Right Lat .5 Test
    Left Lat .5 Test

    Thursday-
    Right Shoulder .5 Test
    Left Shoulder .5 Test

    So its actually 800 Test C because the bottles 200mg.

    Glutes felt nice and smooth. No pip or lump after. Felt good taking Anadrol again one of my favorite orals next to my girls lol. Had a little weak stomach from it but that usually happens the first few days until my body gets use to it.

    Today was chest day:

    Flat Bench-
    135 for 15
    185 for 12
    225 for 10
    275 for 10
    315 for 6

    Flat Dumbbell Flys-
    40ís for 15
    50ís for 12
    60ís for 10

    Dips (bodyweight)
    15
    15
    15

    Great pump today. Youíll notice my workouts are only 3-4 exercises and reps on the higher side pyramiding down in reps and up in weight. Iíve experimented with many different styles of training and found this is what I grow most from. I have a very fast metabolism, so staying in the gym for hours makes it impossible for me to gain weight. I need to get straight to the point, and get out of there and eat!

    Some food porn for you. This is a great spot right by my gym. Philly Cheesesteak and Homefries.





    Going to really try to push the food this cycle. Iím sitting at 222lb, goal is to push to 250lb and then cut for a show. No idea what weight class Iíll be in, will go solely by the mirror at that point.

    If you have any questions or advice iím all for it. Leg day tomorrow! Have to put it in my brain and prepare myself for the torture coming.

    Yup 1cc in each glute Monday. 1cc in each quad Tuesday. If I have the option of putting less oil in the syringe and take an additional shot, I do it.

    Pinned Quads today, very smooth just like yesterday.

    6 whole eggs
    2 bowls of oatmeal
    Protein shake with milk and peanut butter

    Quarter pounder with cheese
    French fries

    Gym Time

    Meal 4-
    Chicken
    Rice
    Protein shake with milk and peanut butter

    Meal 5-

    Pint of ice cream Ben & Jerry Half Baked

    Meals 3 and 6 are my unhealthy meals. Its the only way I can gain some serious weight quick. I take notes on how Juan Morel did it by eating crap, but I still need clean meals. Donít exactly have his genetics lol.

    Nutrition for today:

    Calories-5,279
    Protein-332
    Carbs-415

    Macros:

    Carbs 32% Goal 50%
    Fat 42% Goal 30%
    Protein 26% Goal 20%

    Getting all my info from the app myfitnesspal. Seems to be pretty accurate. And really helped me during my last contest prep. Anyone use this app? Or have a better app to recommend?

    Another great day in the books. Iím use to only eating around 3,000 calories thats what I did all summer. So today seemed tough for my diet. Will get use to eating a lot in a few days when my body adjusts. And if I notice Iím gaining weight in my stomach meals 3 and 6 turn into peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. And if I have to decrease it more itíll go to rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly. Training went great. Again if you have questions feel free to ask away.

    Too early to say things are kickin in, but Iím definitely feeling good. Slowly getting my appetite back to offseason mode. And strength is slowly increasing. You know your feeling good when you go to lift the bar with 2 plates on each side and you have to double take to see if there all 45ís. Everything started feeling light in my hands, love when that happens.

    Trying my best to update this log daily, if theres anything else you guys want me to add let me know!
