    That's exactly what happens to me man it just flushes everything out, but it's funny you're not the only person that made the suggestion about ice, but the suggestion with ice was in regards to something else I think heartburn or something.

    Maybe I should try that.

    What percent milk are you using?

    Whole milk

    Once you master exactly how much ice you need and exactly how long to blend it, it tastes so good. You can get it with little pieces of ice which helps heartburn like friend suggested. Chewing on ice in general helps my stomach.

    Day 17. Back Day. 9/22

    Workout-

    Bent Over Rows-(No Straps)
    135 x 15
    185 x 12
    225 x 10
    275 x 6 (Lost Grip)

    Deadlifts-(With Straps)
    315 x 10
    405 x 8
    495 x 6 ( Felt that last rep in hamstring)

    Dumbbell Pullovers
    40 x 10
    40 x 10
    40 x 10

    Pullups
    10
    10

    Gotta love when your hamstring tightens up and it forces you to stop your deadlifts. Iíve been putting extra focus on hamstrings because in my last bodybuilding show my hamstring glute tie in was a weak point. As Arnold would say ďmake your weak points your strengthsĒ.

    Diet-

    Meal 1-
    6 whole eggs
    2 bowls of oatmeal
    Protein shake with milk and peanut butter
    Water bottle

    Meal 2-
    Chicken
    Rice
    Water bottle

    Meal 3-
    Quarter pounder with cheese
    French fries
    Coke

    Gym Time-
    Water bottle
    Serious mass

    Meal 4-
    Chicken
    Rice
    Protein shake with milk and peanut butter
    Water bottle

    Meal 5-
    Steak
    Sweet potato
    Coke

    Meal 6-
    Protein bar
    2 Water bottles

    When I get it going to throw the Serious Mass right after the workout. And for Meal 6, Iím removing ice cream and adding a protein bar. Donít want to have carbs on my last meal.

    Wife says my hands are getting puffy. Could be from the GH or holding water from the Anadrol/Deca. Either way it makes everything feel light in my hands. Surprisingly my face didnít get puffy yet, but I think thats yet to come.

    If i have to choose between hands or face i would always choose hands lol! Definitely a combination of both compounds. How long are you running GH? For me itís always after a few months especially during a heavy bulking period.

    Was running a different UG GH prior to this log at 2iu ED. Was on a few months. But never had swollen hands. Taking 4iu of EP GH and getting swollen hands and tingly fingers in the morning. I love it. The swollen hands make the weight feel lighter in my hands. The tingly feeling in the morning can get annoying but goes away quick

    Day 18. Shoulder/Hamstrings. 9/23.

    Workout-

    Dumbbell Side Raise Superset Front Raise-
    (used a 25lb quarter in each hand)
    25 for 20/20
    25 for 20/20
    25 for 20/20

    Shoulders were on fire from that. Would have used dumbbells but since Iím back in my home gym and donít have many dumbbells I used a 25lb quarter. I guess the way I was gripping it my shoulders burned more from that than 25lb dumbbells.

    Then went light on some hamstrings because they were really sore from yesterday.

    Leg Curl-
    25 for 20
    25 for 20
    25 for 20

    Nice slow and controlled. Felt like a massage from the soreness I have already in the muscle. And back to shoulders with another superset.

    Dumbbell Rear Delts Superset Barbell Shrugs

    Used those 25lb quarters again for the Rear Delts and did 3 sets of 15 supersetting into shrugs with 225lb on the barbell.

    Was a fun different workout today. I enjoyed putting hamstrings in the middle of my shoulder workout. Never tried that. Next time I might even superset shoulders into hamstrings.

    Iíd say shoulders are one of my dominant body parts, while hamstrings are one of my lacking body parts and this is the second training session for them this week. So its an interesting pair up.

    Diet was pretty much the same except breakfast I stopped at ihop and had french toast. After I almost finished I forgot to take a picture lol Sorry guys can only give you a google one

    Day 19. Arms. 9/24

    Workout-

    @rigeu gave me motivation to start with isolated movements this time

    Tricep-
    1 Arm Dumbbell Behind Head
    3 sets 12-15 reps

    Bicep-
    Concentration Curl
    3 sets 12-15 reps

    Standing Behind Head Tricep With Curly Bar Superset Reverse Curl Superset Inside Curl
    3 sets 20 reps with tricep, 10/10 with bicep

    Laying Headcrusher Superset Close Grip Superset Standing Curl Outside Grip
    3 sets 10/10 reps with tricep, 20 with bicep

    Took turns doing first triple superset tricep/bicep/bicep and second triple superset tricep/tricep/bicep

    Diet was good until work. Had a long drive tonight so couldnít stop and eat like I wanted. Then it got late and stomach couldnít handle a lot of food. Tough to eat a lot after 8 straight hours of driving.

    Day 20. Off. 9/25

    Watched the Arnold with the wife and a few friends. Ordered pizza and wings. Was a good time. Great victory by Nick.

    Day 21. Off. 9/26

    Took off yesterday to watch the Arnold so had to work today. It was a short day so diet was perfect.

    I have been feeling great. Weight still sitting at 225lb. This weekend my Serious Mass and Creatine arrived so Iím ready to start that Monday. Hopefully that will help increase my weight too.

    And canít forget some motivation
