    2 Water bottles

    Weekends are really busy with work now. Did better with the diet because I had a pretty late shift and was able to eat 5 meals before work. During work just drank a few waters and grabbed a protein bar from a gas station.

    Have been feeling a lot of extra energy recently, and I turn that energy into aggression in the gym.

    Day 15. Chest Day. 9/20

    Did a hybrid of Incline and Flat. Usually I just pick 1 but felt like switching it up.

    Workout:

    Incline Bench-
    185 x 12
    225 x 10

    Flat Bench-
    225 x 10
    275 x 8

    Dips-
    10
    10

    Incline Dumbbell Fly-
    40 x 10
    40 x 10

    Flat Dumbbell Fly-
    40 x 10
    40 x 10

    Right after each workout I go through all 12 poses. My wife calls the pose, makes me hold it for about 20 seconds. Shes starting to get the eye for it. Sheíll notice if Iím leaning to far forward or backward. Or if Iím not flexing a body part correctly. I highly recommend posing, it has helped me tremendously with mind muscle connection while training. Specifically in my chest. If you can learn to pop your chest out in a front double, front lat, side chest and most muscular it really helps sculpt the muscle.
    Always nice if your wife is helping with posing #teamwork

    Nice ! I like the backpack w extra meals too! The ISOBAG is awesome but they also have some 3-6 Meal cold bags that are only $39. Gnc also has some online.

    Day 16. Leg Day. 9/21.

    Workout-

    Squats-
    135 x 15
    225 x 12
    315 x 10
    405 x 5

    Leg Extension-
    50 x 15
    75 x 12
    100 x 10
    125 x 8

    Leg Curl-
    50 x 15
    75 x 12
    100 x 10

    Feeling strong today. Had to stop 405 at 5 reps, could have got a few more but back was pretty sore. And last time I pushed through a sore back I paid for it couldnít work legs or back for 2 weeks. So decided to listen to the body this time.

    Diet was the same, still sitting at 225lb. Going to be switching my protein to Serious Mass. Its helped me gain weight in the past. Also adding in creatine to the mix. Ordered on Amazon so should have them both soon.

    How do you mix your gainer powders? Whenever I try these things they just linger in my gut and I stay foamy and it totally kills me for my next meal.
    They give me the worst heartburn.

    But they work.

    With these I've noticed you need a shit ton of digestive enzymes and probiotics..

    For Zepp and others : I use to use ON Progainer

    Then I switched to Monstadon


    When my bulk starts, I will be trying a new product for me. I am will put in my log. This one above digests well(just isolate/hdcd carbs) cyclic dextrin is super fast acting too, but, because of my pwo EEAs, Iím switching .

    I have some great tips as far as supplements but, people are VERY PICKY and their bodies all have different sides. I see more & more using VegaSport or non dairy type proteins.

    That's just the thing man, these things need to be digestive friendly.
    Because some of them leave me burping up foam.
    It's absolutely awful.
    I literally just gave away two brand new unopened doggy bags lol..
    But these bad boys I need to be careful because it will go right to the flank In no time, and I'm not joking.
