Did Pull Overs with a little chest press at the top. Having really great contraction and mind muscle connection in my chest recently. Its definitely the body part that grew the most for me during this log.
Diet was good but sometimes I just lose my appetite and end up adding in shakes.

Anyone know a good supplement to increase appetite?
Well it’s always gets tougher to eat during a heavy bulking period. You can take all the supps in the world to increase your appetite, but it begins at your diet.
Some tips i can give you:
- eat calorie dense foods and try to keep it low(er) volume;
- don’t neglect your healthy fats;
- stay with food YOU digest very well and don’t switch it to often;
- stay active;
- keep an eye on your blood glucose levels, insulin sensitivity is key for taking up nutrients!
- Take your liver and organ support and don’t stay in oral steroids for to long;
Supss / Peds that potentialy could increase appetite:
- EQ;
- MK677;
- Lantus, i would only take this when you got issues with your blood glucose levels;
- there are meds that could raise appetite but i’m not experienced enough to give you advice about those..

Great advice, thank you. Healthy fats is a good one, I’m forgetting my other oils lol. Maybe add MK677 in instead of bumping HGH to 6iu. Ever ran MK and GH together?

Great pump from this workout. Once Chest, Legs, and Back are out of the way its all fine tuning because the other 2 days would be Shoulders and Arms and they are my dominant body parts. So I don’t give them full days, rather give them half days and work on my weaker body parts the other half. I’ve really been bringing up my Hamstrings by doing it this way.
Do you prefer straight hammers overs cross body hammers?
arms and hams are a must together.. I been doing the same with shrugs, deloading and slowing down again, getting full range of true motion with escalating holds.. so many guys rip themselves off with the range of motion due to overloading. such a short range of motion with traps, those fuckers need all the ROM that they can get..
lately I been using both of my kettle gryps for DB shrugs and upright rows. makes it easier to handle the Dbs from the rack. My verse grip gloves wrap easy around them..
Straight hammers. Cross body never felt like a natural motion and always bothered my shoulders.
Slow shrugs full ROM kill if done the right way. Everyone usually just bounces their shrugs. I’m guilty of it too in the past.
Those kettle grips look awesome. They would feel great for chest flies. I use to use Kettle Bells for flies in my gym because it would change the placement of the weight.
