How many of you manipulate your carb intake to around your workout? Thinking about keeping things low through out the day.. and then smashing some carbs post workout. Also, how many are a believer in post workout shakes with simple carbs? How many simple carbs are you taking in with the shake?
Diet would look something like this..
Meal 1:
2 Scoops Whey
40g Oats (raw weight)
1 Tbl Almond butter
- Around 30g carbs
Meal 2-4:
6oz Chicken or Steak (cooked weight)
45g Jasmine Rice (Raw weight)
1/2 Tbl Coconut Oil
- Around 36g Carbs
Meal 5: Post Workout Shake
2 Scoops Whey
75-100g Dextrose
Meal 6: Post Workout Meal
4 Tuna and Avacado Sushi Rolls
- Around 100-110g of Carbs.
GH will be taken, 3iu first thing in the AM, and 3iu about 30-45 minutes pre-workout.
