Little update,
Feeling good, middle of week 10. Had to move the last 4 days so really threw a wrench in my schedule. Back on track now, went to a new gym yesterday. What a fucking shit hole. I don't know what the fuck has happened to LA Fitness.
I literally hate going here. They're playing Diana Ross over the speakers oh, I mean what the fuck.. God forbid you forget your headphones you're really going to want to blow your brains out.
Really need to find a serious bodybuilding gym or powerlifting facility I just can't take it anymore. The LA Fitness Community ain't what it used to be.
Still running 600mg deca bumped up my testosterone to 400 mg. EOD injections. I switched from Mondays and Thursdays only to get a more stable blood level I was feeling quite Moody and irritable. Going into my third week of every other day injections feeling so much more stable.
Running 5 mg of Cialis every 3 days, 50 mg of tbol ED. On heavy leg days... Okay not going to bulshit been taking 25 milligrams of d-bal pre-workout. I feel this has helpped me substantially. D-bol pre-workout just really gives me an extra kick in the scrotum.
Really need to get blood work to check my help but feeling great. Testing my blood pressure daily everything within range or lower than average.
As far as diet, been slacking the last few days because of the move. Still able to meal prep just not as much as I like due to time restraints. Not as lean as I was a week ago but getting back in the groove. It's funny how just a few days can throw you off your entire grind. I had a McChicken the other day, oh my fucking god delicious.
Little progress pic, really focusing on chest lately because that is my most lacking body part. My whole fucking body is a lagging body part. I'm trying my best though.
