Lol, I come from a place far far away from Africa. Hey, at least I wasn't posing in the corner, haha.

9 weeks in, weight is still climbing, just slowly now. Calories are at or around 4,000 a day. Raised from 3,800 last week. Diet still dialed in. Gettin so stick of chicken started adding some different condiments so a little more sugar in the diet now. 😋

Changed my routine up to try to get through this plateau. Lifting heavy with burn out sets at the end of each set. Working out 6 days a week. 2 muscle groups, 2 hours. Feeling great, getting a little tired after some meals now. Over all not bad.

Up 30 pounds now. I'd say around 10-12% bf. Around week 11 going to cut calories and get super sheared for the last 3 weeks. 205 right now. Looking and feeling great. Haven't seen anyone leaner then me in the gym in a while.

Life is good. Getting people coming up to me now asking me protein questions and shit or if I'm gettin ready for a show, haha. Feels good for sure. Still going strong! Happy Lifting my brothers!
