keeping blood pressure in check on AAS

Curious how and what methods you guys are using to keep your BP in check when running AAS or do you just keep it high and cruise and let it naturally go down...

    I use less AAS.

Have not taken BP medication since I have used this approach.

Or get the BP medication, it's generic, cheap and very effective.

Don't play with your BP. As far as handling it, meds are the best as Skip mentioned. Also, avoid orals.

There's many causes of this and everyone is different ... for me, what I've found is that if I run higher doses that aromatize (600-700mg test week is the highest I have ever went), I can pin ED and keep estrogen aromatization minimized / estrogen metabolism optimized (e.g., water retention due to estrogen spikes with 2 or so pins a week) and it helps with BP as well as acne (higher estrogen causes some acne on my back as well). Mast / Primo can help with this as well. That aside, propranolol is a godsend for lowering it. Also, the lower my BF, the less of a problem it becomes. And, cardio is a big help.

High BP isn't something to allow to occur ... you'll certainly be fine now ... but it's slowly causing damage to your cardiovascular and renal system (kidney arteries may not filter as well later in life) and depending on diet and other hereditary factors, it could cause cascading negative effects elsewhere.

If you share your cycle and some other info about yourself, it may help with some remediation approaches.

Cleaner eating, diet, cardio, blood donating and supplements if you can avoid rx medications.
Wes turned me onto carditone and it has helped.
Drinking less booze 100% helps as well. I went dry for 60 days just to see and my bp dropped dramatically.

    This.

X2 on carditone. I've used it with clients and myself with great success. If you're borderline, it has the biggest impact imo. I've had to reduce my dose in the past while using it because BP got too low. It doesn't work for everyone though.

If you're constantly running high though, I would see my Dr and if he thinks you need it, use a medication AS WELL AS, continuing to work on the things Christiantt mentioned. Over time the small improvement to lifestyle might be enough to stop the medication.

Don't just get a pill and ignore the other stuff.

Not that it should need said, but sodium (salt) is the biggest contributing factor to high BP. Unless you prep all your own food, it is VERY difficult to keep in truly dietary limits.

Truth. One meal out is 3 days worth of sodium.

Have you tried supplementing with carditone? Works great for me. I ran cutmix 300 which is test/tren/mast along with 50mg of winstrol and my BP was slightly elevated. I also drink at least a gallon of water, one hour cardio 7 days a week and sit in the sauna for 10 minutes after workout.
