11/29 upper load/lower pump
Let me just say off the tip, my calves were fuckin pissed when I got to the calf raises today. I purposely skipped one leg exercise because they just weren't ready but now I regret it cause they feel fine tonight, aside from gd calves
. It won't happen again tho!! Caught myself by surprise a couple times today doing bb rows and rack pulls. I thought, with 12 being top of rep range, 405 would be plenty bit at rep 15 my lungs collapsed I'm pretty sure. I looked back at old logs and hell I pulled 500 for 12 during prep so I'll start with that next week and see what happens.
