Seriously, right at 5 yrs. Bodybuilding serious(on gear) bout 2.5yrs or soIm considering one. I just train for myself and my goals. Just started a new cycle of test e & parabolan.

They are long therefore hard to fill outI’ve been gone for a bit , so I am checking and reading everyone’s training . 315 for 4….AFTER REPPING OUT W 275!! You freak! I love barbell bench ! I know a lot of people over do it , but it is such a complex exercise. As I age, I notice how I have to change my approaches. I do enjoy upper or raised a bit incline presses as well. I remember the first time I went to do 335 and I was super nervous because my older (strongman bro) & pops were there. I was younger and still did 1rm’s so I could get my percentages . But, I didn’t expect to lift it more than once and I did 4 reps ! I was stunned and I swore that my brother lifted the last rep and he said “I had my finger tips on it ! It was all you “. That feeling never goes away! I would like to Max Out sometime on Bench, Squats, Maybe Deads (I’d be paranoid) . So awesome ! Plus your pretty lengthy so that is great ! Long arms are harder to push that weight for sure . Looking good!

I rarely cheat with sweets but…..I must say that these two combined into a sammich ! Omg! Heavenly!! . The gluten free cookies I actually like. My go to for cheat meals : Big Mexican , Italian Pasta and Antipasto, But my favorite is a True Deli Sandwich !! Grinders/Subs/Torpedos/Hogie/Hero/Po’Boy/Wedge or Cheesesteaks! Everyone has their favorite !
I can say each area of the USA has a completely different type (not a bad thing at all). I can say without a doubt that , the East Coast (NY,RI,NJ,DE) have some serious Mf’n delicatessen’s!! I can eat Just 2 French Baguettes with this Triple Fat Cheese (St. Andre) Oh my Lord! It’s the best buttery ; spreadable cheese !! Now I’m in trouble …time to pound some rice & beans - take away my cravings! Lol

Couple days behind on log. So today I finally got that 6th rep on flat BB press and made nice progress on the following sets and on smith incline too. Talk about shitting the bed on hammer flat tho, wtf!!! 2 pps wouldn't hardly budge !!! Pumped af. Also, imma be in trouble for this one but I been super frustrated for a couple reasons last couple weeks and finally came to head. Took it out on deadlift bar and pulled 565lb sumo. So imma get in trouble but worth the release.
Filled a dumpster here at house yesterday so dropped all my back off sets cause it just seemed like the smart thing to do since I did a lot of heavy lifting already. Seemed like a back strain of some sort just waiting to happen, not that it was a light day by any means.
