    Swollen legs...

    Can't find to much information online. Yesterday my legs felt weird, didn't think much of it tho. Been hitting legs almost everyday. Really trying to bring them up. I realized my feet up to my quadricep are swollen. Elevated them lastnight much better today.

    Should I be worried? Feel great. No chest pain nothing. Going into week 6 of,

    600mg deca, 300mg test and 50mg Tbol, and 25mg dbol pre workout 3-4 times a week. I've also been experimenting with viagra and Cialis for harder pumps. Also just started taking amoxicillin a couple days ago.

    Anyone run into this? I'm pretty sure my heart is good, check blood pressure regularly two to three times a day always within range or on the low side. No pain around kidneys, abdominal nothing.

    Just kind of freaked out a little. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Viagra isnt going to help pumps unless your talking about wife pumps, at least for me. Cialis on the other hand is gtg but if youíre taking it like this make sure itís low dose.

    Are you watching your sodium intake?

    Between the deca and dbol I would nix salt out altogether.

    When you squeeze the swollen spot for two seconds can you see you finger indentations for period of time afterwards?

    One time I ate a 5 pounds of crawfish and hopped on a flight for Denver the next day for skiing and by the time I got to the mountain the next night my ankles were swollen like I was preggos. I refused to sky worrying that some how I would be more prone to injury if I skied with that level of swelling... ruined my sky trip.

    I'm 31, been 4 years since I've taken any gear. I took a 2 year break. I always go super hard. I'm dropping all orals until I figure out whats going on. Tbol is new for me.

    My diet is pretty damn good right now. Chicken breast, vegetables and rice/potatoes 5 times a day. One coke a day. Some peanut butter. Drink a shit ton of water.

    No indentations with pressure. Just feels weird. Last night for instance I could almost see no definition in my quad and I'm super lean. I don't know.. maybe I'm overreacting. I'm so busy lately with life I literally get up at 4:30 and don't sit down until 10 when I hit the bed I even eat dinner standing up lol.

    Shit.. I wouldn't have skied ether. Sounds like more trouble then its worth, haha.

    Then do the obvious 1st...
    Take a break..a couple of days rest for the gym..not what you wanting to hear but sounds like you're jumping in too hard too fast..
    Over training and dealing with stress..is a nice recipe for injury or a set back..and Brother it sounds like it's right around the corner..

    600 deca and the d-bol COULD cause this- don't think it's the t-bol- done a shitload and never happened to me- either way totally agree w/ z-man- take a break bro- and believe me man- we are all addicted to this shit- just @ diff. levels- but them weights ain't going anywhere. Overworking is worse than underworking(for lack of a better term) Maybe lower the deca a tad and drop the d-bol- those are the 2 that are notorious bloaters- just an idea- good luck!

    Sounds like too much time on your feet. Just take a break. 2-3 days off and you'll probably be good. I'd bet on it

    Take a break buddy....need a couple days off.

    Then maybe consider lowering the leg workout tempo to two hard leg days a week. I do one hard leg day a week then some ancillary work in between depending on whats sore and whats not. But that's just me.

    Besides the swelling, how are the joints holding up?

    Better start banging some Drol..

    Too many variables to know for sure what this is

    If you overload your kidneys or liver too quickly, legs will swell

    This sounds more like Organ issues then Muscular

    On a good note, its very easy to reverse

    If you run labs and your organs are indeed stressed, jump on support. Increase electrolytes with pedialyte, etc for several days. Skip the gym, Skip any drugs and steroids. Just try and rest.

    Sleep well and hydrate super well

    Also go and pay for a lymphatic massage. Again hydrate super well bc if as I suspect it is toxins causing this, you can actually get ill from the massage afterwards and come down with flu like symptoms.

    Also if you are drinking alcohol regularly this is a common cause of swelling in the legs due to organ issues.

    It certainly can be heart related but that is rare and those signs do not usually improve. If you do not improve go get looked at immediately.

    compression socks for the swelling. It is a lot of time on your feet.
