    Donating blood intervals

How often and when would you recommend donating blood? Bloodwork results seems the most logical signal but also even if they come back good, after a long period it seems like a good idea.

Also, has anyone experienced any physical symptoms that led to them getting blood work/donating blood?

He’ll of a difference for me. Once I start getting headaches or just a all around sluggish feeling I know it’s time. 56 days between donations for single (regular) donation. 4 month wait if you do the double red . I enjoy the light “healthy” feeling after a good double red donation

Is always important check blood test and see if you need or not , but every 2 to 3 months is normal

I usually go every 3 months - or when my schedule allows. I already know my red blood cell count is going to be high, so I just do it on auto pilot. It makes it easy that the donation places hound the hell out of you to go and donate.. so there is a constant reminder. It is helpful to the community and yourself - I feel great after.

I never go more than 4 months without donating.
    3 is about avg.
You're helping yourself and will also be helping someone else out. Win-win all the way.
