Another sudden death has shocked the bodybuilding and fitness world. 2X Ms. Figure Olympia winner Jenny Lynn-Powell has died suddenly yesterday evening.

According to reports, Jenny Lynn-Powell suffered a seizure while sleeping. Her husband Rick, tried everything to save her life but was unsuccessful. Jenny was 49.

Competitive by nature, Jenny Lynn was born in Petaluma, California, grew up in the spotlight singing and dancing. As she grew, she started competing nationally in cheerleading, something that can often lead to a career in fitness.

Lynn became an aerobics instructor soon after high school and found herself competing in aerobics.

From aerobics, Jenny started weight training and from that moment on, she would eventually become one of the worlds best athletes.

Jenny earned her pro card in 2001 and started competing as a Pro Figure athlete in 2003.

Her competitive career lasted six years, from 2003-2009. In those six years, Jenny achieved great success, winning 12 pro shows, including two prestigious Figure Olympia titles in 2006 and 2007.

What like eating disorder?

More like epilepsy , but after thinking ...you may be correct; if she was severely dehydrated/malnourished maybe. They usually have a heart attack though. You never know unless they release real info.

I have epilepsy and I highly doubt she died from the seizure itself. Although they suck they usually aren’t deadly. My guess would be she either choked to death, the seizure led to a stroke or whatever caused her to have the seizure in the first place killed her. Seems odd she would just have one out of the blue especially while sleeping.
