$125 a week for 3 meals is avg price for 70-80g protein meals w veges and one snack . And that is discounted . That is why I prep my food , I do use them if I don’t have a kitchen for extended time . I always go local because most are sign up - auto charge.

I was given a eatcleanbro 30 meal gift card for Christmas. It was ok. Since I didn’t pay for it or renew the account so I can only speak to the quality of food. Which was decent. My gym in college had a food delivery service that was phenomenal. You order it by macros and calories. Eatcleanbro was not like that and the choice of options was not as good.

Both of these services I mention were cooked and delivered as ready to eat meals.

I have had girlfriends who’ve used gobble, blue apron, and hello fresh. They were ok if you don’t like picking ingredients up from the grocery store. I meal prep so it’s not really my thing but I see the appeal to it.

I've tried Icon Meals - they were ok. They added to their menu and vaccu sealed their containers since I bought their food. Stay away from their ground turkey, its like saw dust. I've also tried Megafit meals, they were MUCH better! I rolled the dice and tried their salmon, it was fantastic!

I've always wanted to try Trifecta and Eat Clean bro.

In my opinion it's always best to go local, because you're keeping the business local, always support local businesses
We have quite a few in my town and it's a small town. And there's a few in the surrounding area. Just a little while north of me is where the big name start popping out, but either way the price is all about the same. 6 and 1/2 half half a dozen the other.

They came today . I can’t believe how fast they got here . Had the sesame chicken . It was pretty good. You can pick between lower or higher calorie options which I liked bc the lower calorie stuff is right on point with what I need to fit in my calories . I’ll post up some pics as I get Into the rest of them. Also in only paid 84$ for my order . I’m gonna try another company this week called megafitmeals . Their a little more expensive but the meals look like really good quality plus they had more steak options .

I seriously would love to have a commercial kitchen with a few employees! I could make a killing with some of my dishes ! I make eating well an art! This one place is great! My roommate used them for 8 weeks and they literally cook to order (meats by the lb) decent carb and breakfast choices (lunch & dinner are all interchangeable! Heck ! Maybe my Max Breakfast or Anytime Burritos/Bowls/Wraps/Boxes could be coming to a town near you one day! Just can’t see making any profit these days . It would have to be some major volume !

Hells yeah. The sports bra tops are the biggest seller (better material &fit), that is the lady tank in the pic. The mens tanks have two styles - skinny strap/reg tank. The Heather Grey XXL after the initial wash(inside out) fitted -T shirt is soo comfortable I have to remember NOT to train in it and switch to the oversized T’s because I love to wear the Fitted ones w my sweats instead of Pajamas. I am gonna have athletic, joggers type training sweatpants along with the regular Russell type sweats.

Lol. That is too funny! I think my town made bro and bra words! . I called my 9th grade female teacher “dude” and that was normal. It is odd, I find myself not saying dude very much anymore. (Off-topic)** After living around the globe, I was taught or shown that a lot feel that a “disrespectful” word for young people to call an adult. (It is NOT true). I also got into trouble for saying “Ms/Mrs”not saying “Yes, Sir or Ma’am”in the south. If you called a teacher Ma’am where I was born, they get highly offended! It is like calling that female teacher “OLD!” Seriously, they get highly offended. The Southern Folks don’t bend so easy and enforced their “odd, to me” rules w/punishment ! I had never, ever spoken to my family or anyone using “ma’am” before/after or both of your sentence. They shaved my head at a school in a state I won’t mention because I love it! But, it was flooded recently. My Mother & Father(Navy) were so furious that they cut of my long blonde “Devil” hair. It was a 90% non-white school and I let them because I thought they had the right to, it is crazy that a school or university can make all these rules (act like laws). I would have pulled it back or combed it nicely, I already had never worn a school uniform before at public school. They literally walked up w clippers and a towel; buzzed my head w no guard at my desk(in front of everyone). I will say that that was my last day at that school and it cost them $130,000 in the end. It was a so-called “school bi-law” which means Jack Squat in Civil Court. They can use common sense. Me & my siblings got detention & branded “bad-kids” just for two tiny things. We in fact, were very good students and had constantly been complimented by others on our “good behavior “ by strangers in public places.

I was just pointing out how differently things are from people in the same country. Nothing was wrong or bad, it was just different. Btw- I think school uniforms are a good idea but, I hate Polos and khakis to this day! It doesn’t help the poorer kids, like they say....it became about the Brand Name of your Uniform or your “kicks” (J’s or Sperry’s) & your accessories. I do feel lucky having traveled a lot US/INTL; it keeps me from judging people just by “their look”. Of course we all snap judge but I never, ever classify them. It’s weird how after age 15, I stopped hearing “homo/f*g” when having long hair..completely. Wonder if it had anything to do with having a full beard & a bodybuilder, type build? Lol. I wish I could become “The #1 USA (for home-schooled kids)” PE/Nutrition Teacher. Wonder if that would be possible? After seeing all grades of school taught online, I can clearly say that almost 100% of P.E. or health class teaching is garbage! I love teachers/professors(many family members) But, they have issues.

The “MaxWear”, I made it for my family, friends, and clientele. Disclaimer(members:mods): It is not for sale (just don’t want people thinking I am trying to enterprise on a forum). I have never, ever charged any forum member for anything. I hope I could have “ boutique-style” businesses with all kinds of merchandise. I just watched ; two separate family/friends get some really nice offers(€£¥$) with some nice fat checks! (Penguin Publishing) was one of the companies. I want to really brand my “Max Burrito/Wraps” mainly, with the incredible amount of small, unique specialized food companies that make wraps 8”-18inches, and vary from zero carbs to 140 carbs per...I can literally cover all the mainstream, customized, and medical diets. Nothing worse than eating a Frozen burrito and it has 80 Ingredients inside with 3 dough conditioners/synthetic: preservatives. I make mine Homemade and I have found “Old ones(6mo)” at bottom of Freezer and when re-heated, OMG! They were 100% more delicious than any brand out there. Most of the gluten-free or Organic style burritos are so “lab created” and not one gives you a decent amount of protein! All are sub - 30grams.

Now, “Max Meals” does Roll off the tongue! My first item is going to be a, “truly” high protein burrito/wrap. Every single food company tries to short you on the meat or high level vegetarian type protein amount. Textured Vegetable Protein and soy concentrate/isolate are on my “ never eat list” along with :
2. High-Fructose Corn Syrup, 3. Enriched Flours , Enriched with BS(lol) and 4. Farmed Seafood.

Just removing any item in your house and your diet ! Will 100% improve your fat-loss, overall health, and hit goals ! Clearly we all have our cheat meals(doesn’t count) lol. One of my favorite cheat meals is a foot-long Custom Hot Dog ! Chili Cheese, NY, Chicago, RI, Sonoran, Tijuana dog.. mmm ! Chicago has a great “Wild Game” Hot Dog Joint and they have these French fries that are twice fried in Duck Fat !! Omg ! I could die a happy man eating Hot Dogs/Brat/Kielbasa/Sausages!!!
