    Could Mrs. Augustine compete?

What do you guys think? Does she have what it takes to compete?

She is 53. Idk what or where. But I am biased of course and think she is pretty vascular and ripped.

Just curious what you guys thought?

100%! She just has to pick her category and train for what type of competition she picks. They have bikini, fitness, wellness, physique, BB. There are some others but you catch my drift. It is a positive thing for all men/women and overall experience. I am personally doing my first but I have taken over 85 personal clients to competition from beginning to start. She will work even harder and meet a lot of like minded men&women. Plus, it is just awesome and it rubs off onto spouse& friends. Keeps me out of trouble too...kinda!

Is she wanting to compete or are *you* wanting her to compete? I don't mean that in a bad way, just checking.

I haven't looked too deep into the women's categories (shocking, I know). Do they have divisions by ages like the mens? If it were me, I would start there as my primary focus. And then she can add other categories and get out on stage a couple more times that night. Experience.

You're a lucky man. The only competition my wife could enter is sidewalk cracking. No joke. We have to replace the driveway and the only place it's all busted up is the driver's side of where she parks.

    Thx bro.

Do you think she has a build to win? And what category do you think is best suited for her?

She has full abs. Vascular. Like her need to diet is like zero.

I get guys coming up to me in the gym with compliments. Saying she’s ripped.

It’s like a shame to not try.

Idk enough about it. I have to learn.

She is open to the idea. She never really hit the gym until I came along two years ago.

She used to workout in her house.

I would be in it to win.

Only thing holding her back is age. And no boob job.

We looked into it.... but I don’t want her with fucking scars so she can look good in a bathing suit

And in Bikini extreme vascularity is really not a good thing.

I think she is a winner. Seriously, just depends on category : she will whoop ass on a lot of women her age! I would start with masters physique (because of her muscle) . She definitely would need to train hard and bulk & cut. But hard work pays off. She needs to get the stage experience. I am sure she would win one of her multiple categories(true novice/novice/open/masters over 45/50). It is expensive but very rewarding!

That's one of things about women's divisions that drives me nuts. It's like a cookie cutter competition. Every chick looks virtually identical...blonde, boob job, etc. It will be hard to believe, but after about 30 mins I'm getting bored and ready to take a nap. It may not win the judges' opinions, but crowds (in my opinion) love to see a woman who has transformed and is still natural. They stand out. Period. Personally, I'd rather see some chick who had freaking weight loss surgery and still has some saggy skin than see my 1000th barbie. But that's just me, I know. I mean, they have all put in hard work, no doubt...but some have put in a bit more.

Just make it something fun for her to enjoy doing. Some women have self esteem issues and it messes with them.

Would probably be “physique” catagorie or fitness.

She is working on getting her legs more muscular.

IMO a lot of women lack upper body. She has that...

She's got that whole vagina thing going on..so I too am a little biased against her.
But that is one fucking sexy back!
I love love love in shape girls... And really big girls.
She looks like she doesn't miss too many gym days.
    Good for her!

My wife used to compete in bikini and my friends wife is competing in physique so I know a little bit. Your wife is very lean, too lean for bikini but she also needs more glutes and legs, she’s lean enough for physique but she needs a lot more mass overall, especially glutes and legs. Also, to be honest it sounds silly but to be competitive she needs a boob job, my friends wife learned that the hard way and wasn’t placing until she did get her boobs done.

Fitness involves more of a full routine w music (always music) but they mix in gymnastics/strength moves, dance. Women’s physique may as well be Bodybuilding because it is !
Legs would be where she would want to concentrate, it is hard work but she is a bad ass ! Judges have a criteria to follow but, sometimes it is just a favorites game. Having your family & friends cheering is the best part!
Plus some of the hoes ..I mean shows are really fun. I like the Arnold, the USA, Olympia and Legion SportsFest in Reno!

Fun shows with a lot of great meet & greet, fit famous people.

and the Adult Porn Convention in Vegas!!
