I eat 3500 cals a day sometimes 4k if I'm really hungry haven't done cardio in like 5 years 7 iu hgh 5 days a week year round and you can see my abs nicely. Honestly I hate cardio lol 5' 9 205 -210 lbs and 9 -10 %bf with zero cardio and a eat whatever I want diet. Those guys in the video need to try growth hormone.
