I have mixed feeling about Tren, but on a moderate dose as the OP (300 mg weekly) says most folks do well. I find I must use Mast with tren or Proviron. Run testosterone for at least 2 - 4 weeks longer than the tren to give your body time to adjust off it. Clears your AR receptors of the strong binding tren.
You can't strengthen the weak by weakening the strong

Just like any other drug dosage, time off, time on, diet, supplements, rest come in play. I've ran tren at 300mg per week along with test, Masteron, Proviron, Cardarine and var and had almost zero side issues. I do get slightly aggressive which I control easily and sex drive through the roof. Not the same effect and sides for everyone. Best of luck to you.

Well I've added more carbs the last couple days and have had 2 good strong workouts and I'm actually in a better mood, I was getting grumpy and impatient but I feel much better now. I am also going to up my fats some to try to go a little higher in calories since I'm a little lower than I want to be. I'm sedentary during the day due to an office job so I don't want to run calories too high. I'm gonna aim for about 500 cals under maintenance.
Thanks to all the replies, much appreciated.

I suggest you go higher and calories to also add some t4 and 12,5mcg t3 to control thyroid using tren , that way you can eat more and keep losing fat . Never starve yourself , eat more and do more cardio and fat burners is always best choice. We need food to keep muscle
