My wife has been on 20 mg test-C for a few months. She loves the energy increase and increased libido. She's never had problems reaching orgasm but recently she's just not sensitive to climax. She still loves sex and we go at it often. It's just frustrating for her because she can't reach orgasm no matter what we try. She used to be much more sensitive and would climax with me most times. The clinic she is seeing suggested she back off the test. I've been searching online and picking up snippets about progesterone and estrogen imbalances. Has anyone heard of anything like this? I'm thinking of asking the clinic to order bloods and check for these, or anything else we can think of to see what's wrong.

Something is probably off and labwork will help tell. Just like when we start messing with our hormones and have issues. Having said that, imho, it seems like orgasm is more mental for a female than it is for a male. If her head is not in the game, nothing will help. Just my two cents.

Try low dose cialis.

Pt-141 peptide(Bremelanotide) melanotan 1 ,also known as Vyleesi by physicians. It is prescribed to increase female libido and FDA approved. Although it it a peptide and easily found under sponsors. 1-1.8mg. It is said to take 45min before sexual activity. It can cause nausea and flushing, so my girl tried .5mg first few times, she got the redijects also and they worked. She also has used Viagra 25 or Cialis 10mg along with it to increase blood flow engorging and hardening clitoris. She loves when she does it. Super Gasm!! I only use MT2 and it does give me erections and will tan the skin. MT1 does all that but isn’t for tanning. The nausea part is like 40% of people , so using .5mg is her best starting point. This is something that comes in 10mg vials so - 10-20 sessions until they can take 1.5mg some 2mg even . Shit works (I have seen and experienced it with her (obviously) . I would 100% maybe try that combo. Otherwise it is gynecology time , $$ and those medications are super expensive.

I have to agree with your assessment. Orgasm can be mental also...how many times have you thought you were ready to get it on, then as the process moves along, maybe you weren't all that hyped....then there's the ugly thing of other partners...been there done that...that will fuck with your mind....

GymNTonic we Tried up to 5 mg cialis with her. Might have had a small effect. Think I should go higher? She didn't notice any headaches or other sides with that

My girl used 10mg Cialis and did well. No headache for either of us , but I get stuffy next morning . Keep in mind: I took 20mg. I use 5mg daily for BPH prevention; being on HRT (test/gh). WES15

So, even if you go down on her, she can't cum?

Yeah she enjoys that, toys, all of it. She just can't quite get there. She describes it as just not being sensitive enough. She used to orgasm regularly without much diffictulty.

Take some halo, tne, cialis then go in there like the silver back gorilla you are beat your chest scream to the jungle and tear her clothes (partially) off and treat that thing like randy coutures face in a cage fight for your life with your boomstick!!!!

Get one of the clit sucker toys

We've had one for years. Used to get her off quickly and powerfully. Now it takes forever and still may not do it. I don't think it's a technique issue. I think we need to get bloods and see what's off.

In case the obvious hasn’t been considered.

When my ex used to use a vibrator all the time. It desensitized her... couldn’t orgasm without it.

Perhaps this is a case of too much “toys” making normal sexual orgasms near impossible.

Just a thought.

You can't beat power tools. Wife has a legit tool box in the bedroom. Except it's pink and purple.

Siswet. That is all I’ll say. !

I definitely thought of that. I did some googling and all the "sexologists" (if that's a real thing) argued that's an urban legend. They say you can't desensitize with masturbation or toys. I don't really know what to believe.

Well, for me...if I am jerking off a lot or having a lot of sex, it's harder for me to cum. If I go a few days without anything, I am ready to explode.

My wife is going through this now. I would look at this progesterone and estrogen imbalances. Is she taking any birth control?

I don’t think it’s a performance thing at all either. I can tell you really know her. You know when something is off. Same as they do when a cycle throws us off. Definitely blood work time like you said bro. I really hope it’s easily correctable for you two!
