    Why donít I gain the weight?

    Wanted to know why I donít fill out like everyone claims on dbol and anadrol. Yes I eat a lot and also I have blue heArt dbol and Turkish Anapolon drol

    Can you elaborate more ? Like are you looking to move your weight on the scale or you mean look physically bigger ?

    Are you truly eating enough? Do you know what your maintenance cal are? If so, do you eat consistently?

    What are your stats (Height/Weight/BF%)?

    When I run adrol and I'm bulking I ramped all the way up to 5000cal this last winter and was still barely gaining weight towards the end. The harder you train, the bigger you get, the more you need to eat.

    There is a few reasonable explanations for this, for the longest time I would have the same problem, I would get all of the pumps and the side effects but I would not fill out.
    Individuals are going to tell you that you have to eat, this is true but it's a matter of what you eat, how you eat and how you time everything. Both of these compounds absolutely love carbs, but I would do is strongly suggest incorporating a carb powder pre-workout, intro workout and post workout at the same time toss just a little bit of sea salt with your intra workout BCAA drink.
    You don't have to eat like garbage but you have to time your meals more accordingly, true you can eat lean as fuck and still make great gains.
    Furthermore you have to consume much more water, drink a lot of water throughout your day and this will help filter and flush your body out and you'll start holding fluid in the right areas by partitioning.
    It wouldn't hurt to also throw in some creatine, but use all of these suggestions very sparingly because things can spiral out of control with the quickness, and for myself back when I used the Iranians I kid you not I turned into a hot mess in just three or four weeks.. it was the worst look I ever had, and the coworkers at my wife's job we're making remarks about me getting obese in what appear to be record time.. I was eating everything and anything, I was taking gainer shakes. And so much more I literally gained 30 plus pounds in 3 weeks. It was the worst look I ever had..
    People were continuously making comments to me but they were trying to be polite all the while I was thinking I was getting beefy like Cartman.

    Anapolon if is real you will gain weight even without eating to much , is crazy strong , so i think yours are not good , but main ngoal when you dont gain weight is increase food . Try to see if you sleep enouth , drink a gallon water minimum and dont over do cardio

    He's not kidding.

    OP never replied with what he is eating or whether he even tracks that though. My guess is he isn't eating enough and that's where the issue is.

    Gear will enhance your ability to put on lean mass faster but without the nutrients to back that up, your body can't build shit without the basic building blocks and energy to burn.
