5x5, 5x3, 3x3 Is what I've used in the past for big strength and mass gains. I've not done it in a long time I'll probably change it up soon been doing 5x8-12 pyramid for all workouts.

My go to is 10x10
I do 10 of 10 on chest day.. usually flat or incline bench..That does the job nicely..
Not too heavy..super with shoulder band work..hour in out the door..time to eat..
I do a modified upright rows.. basically different angles Not straight up..Which hits the Mid and Rear more..no joint stress..Love the results..
