They have to get it together with filing the paperwork to make sure it's all accounted for and to allow them to be quickly produced on demand by auditors. It's just like a person needing to have all their tax paperwork at hand in event of a tax audit.

Nah. The courts have already ruled that this is all nonsense based on Trump's false claim and baseless accusation of a stolen election. No proof necessary anymore. So they can't prove where the ballots came from. No big deal. As long as every vote got counted, who cares where they came from.
