Lou Ferrigno is a bodybuilder who competed in the Golden Era of the sport alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger and Franco Columbu. As much as I do not like Arnold, for various reasons.

He has done the most for the sport and brought the most positive changes and publicity to the sport.

He truly imo is the "face" of bodybuilding.
 
Arnold brought bodybuilding main stream, prior to that it was the guy kicking sand in your face on the beach in front of your girlfriend...:coffee:
