    My order

    I placed an order and sent money via pay pal a week ago. The company has not responded to my last two emails. The status on the website still says “processing”

    I ordered MT2 abs Caber. If they are on back order and that’s the only issue then two things…

    1. Would have been nice to know that these items were on back order and I would have used another company because I need the items I ordered.

    2. A reply to my emails letting me know would be MUCH appreciated.

    Not a good first experience with this company at all.

    Pretty sure there's a few post regarding those items being on backorder due to the sale.

    Indeed I did. Not sure when you ordered (nor am I asking bc rules) but they have Mentioned in the few most recent post on here how the sale was quite successful and caber/mt2 was the first to sale out. I've been with Recon for a very long time but haven't need to communicate much with them via email, always found it easier to just deal with Wes. I can't recall ever seeing anything listed on back order on the website but it's always been in the most recent post anytime something has temporarily gone out of stock.

    Edit ... Looks like you hopped in during or directly after the sale, I presume they have been quite busy but that's when reps are the best.

    I would say message the rep but Wes has been keeping us updated already i.e. multiple threads. I agree it’s a little aggravating because you might not have ordered said items had you known they were on back order. My mt2 has been processing going on 2 weeks. I would’ve ordered it anyways tho cause It was a good sale. I’m sure old boy is just covered up from the sale. Hang in there bro, dealing with recon has been quick, smooth and painless in my experience.

    Mt2 and caber are cheap if you need them quickly just order from another source and save the others for later.... I have done this a number of times from different sources..

    Backorders did start shipping so ty for patience

    It is a pain in the neck. I personally dont like waiting for an order so I get it.

    I will make sure to put a huge disclaimer on the big sales to make sure people know you might wait 1-2 weeks for the popular items

    No matter how much stock Recon has, it always sells out. Which is a good thing.

    And they are no longer just some small little brand. Might be time to hire some additional shipping staff tbh.

    I just need to add that the customer service as far as communication goes is complete garbage. No response to several emails in about a week now. And this is after I’ve PayPald them the money
