Omg! You said it! ! That is the engine that COULD!! Works everytime. If using testosterone (even Trt) I love it. They are all at the gym! Even if they aren’t; after cycling for a while they start showing up! Idk is they call their friends or what but around 8 weeks in, if I trained at 6:00pm on the dot ED, I noticed a big increase in girls who usually train alone...they would have 2-3 friends with them.
I take 5mg Cialis ED and I have had to re-tie my waist band to keep it strapped up pointing to the hip! . Get your ass to the gym, and there will be ass at the gym.

Weight is 93.4kg this morning. Pinned last night and barely feel a thing this morning. Will update again after my workout today.
 
I got my second covid shot yesterday, and have a fever and am feeling shitty today. Right now I’m still planning on lifting this afternoon so I’m hoping I’ll start to feel better.
 
I should’ve skipped the gym today. Up a lot of last night feeling feverish after my second covid shot. Then all day today was unbelievably tired. Drank 600mg of caffeine before the gym to try and snap out of it... felt plenty of energy, but I was soooo weak. My muscles just felt like they had nothing in them. Very weak workout, but I am pushing through it. I’ll post numbers later, but it was bad. I should’ve rested today and saved this workout till tomorrow instead.

I actually spoke too soon. Bench went shitty and was very very weak, but I hit prs in every other exercise.

6/4 - Bench Day:

Bench Press - 245lbs 2x3 1x6 (this is very weak for me, don’t know what happened.
Incline DB Bench - 100lbs 1x8 drop set into 60lbs 1x8
Chest press machine - 110lbs per side 3x12
Long rope press down - 140lbs 3x15
Weighted Dips - 20lbs 3x12

Felt like 10 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag but still managed some good numbers other than bench. Gonna try and get some good sleep, then hopefully kill it on deadlifts tomorrow!

Hey guys! Not sure what day I’m on, but I think it’s around 2-3 weeks in. Everything is going great. Strength is consistently going up every single workout, and I look more vascular and full for sure. Weight is 93.8kg this morning (I think that’s about 206lbs) so it has gone up by 4-5 lbs since starting.
Side effects have been heart burn, lethargy, and loss of appetite, but those are all things I can work through. Can’t wait for the tren to kick in a few weeks from now!

6/7 Overhead day

Seated axel press - worked up to 1x8 with 180lbs this went up much easier than I thought it would and I will definitely go heavier next workout.
Speed bench - 185lbs 8x2 with 60 second rest
Hercules pull-ups (2 second pause at top, 2 second pause halfway down) - 1x8, 1x6, 1x5
Standing machine lateral raise - 70lbs (35lbs per side) 3x12
Incline bench prone rear delt fly with 2 second pause at top - 15lbs 3x15
Kaz press (basically a JM press on the smith machine - 170lbs 1x10 190lbs 2x10

New movements for the most part so could t gauge strength super well, but the 180 for a set of 8 on seated axel was definitely a PR for me and I had more in the tank.

Weight was 94.7kg this morning! Doesn’t look like I’ve gained any body fat either. I’ll post yesterday’s and today’s workout this evening.

SSB Squat - 265lbs 3x5
Bulgarian split squats - BW 1x10 20lbs per hand 2x10. First time doing these, went very light because balance was extremely difficult.
Weighted kneeling crunch - 100lbs 1x15 120lbs 2x15

Squats felt good even though it was 30lbs heavier than last week. Glad to see strength is still going up across the board.

Close grip 2 board bench - 230lbs 1x5, 225lbs 1x8, 1x7
Incline hammer strength press - 90lbs per side 1x10, 1x8, 1x7

I’ve had a bad last couple of bench days, so my coach is starting me benching twice per week. First day is speed work. He had me go pretty light on bench today. Not exactly sure why (I didn’t ask), so it moved very fast and easy.

Weight was 96.4kg this morning, still looking full and fairly lean. Don’t think the weight is permanent though, I ate a full package of Oreos last night so I think that contributed lol

Overall everything has been going great so far. Weight is consistently at 210lbs now, and I’d say body fat is around 12 percent. Abs are there, very vascular and full.
My girlfriend actually asked me to stop working out as much the other day lol. She said I am getting too muscular and she is starting to not like it. That was the ultimate motivation for me to push it even farther! Can’t wait for the tren to kick in. I will check the beginning of this log after this post, but I think it has been about 3 weeks so far.

Kneeing cable ab crunch - 130lbs 3x15

Another solid workout. My squat is climbing every week. I know it’s still very low, but I’ve improved a ton on it since starting this blast.
Pinning my 4th tren shot tomorrow, which means I’m 3 weeks in. Superdrol is going to last me through 6/27, and by then I’m hoping the tren will be kicking in.

It has been an amazing 3 weeks in the gym since starting superdrol. I had a little hiccup in my bench but my coach changed programming and added speed work on a second bench day. Can’t wait to see how this pays off!
Other than bench, however, my strength is up significantly up the board. I’ve gotten significantly stronger In Squats, deadlifts, overhead press, and every other accessory movement.
Looking bigger, and more full while I still maintained leanness. I weigh around 210lbs now; I think I was about 202lbs at the start. People are commenting about how much tighter my shirts look, and the girlfriend has definitely noticed a big change in my body. And this is all with a horrendous diet.
Couldn’t be happier with this cycle so far!

For me it's a couple of weeks and the sides vary for me. Mostly every run after my first tren cycle I get acid reflux in a terrible way.

You will feel it and see it soon. Week 4-5 I am looking waaay Different!....if your pretty lean already.. if not ; as long as you diet hard, train hard, eat good, you will be “Sweatin’ to the Oldies” literally. You will know what trensomnia, trenmares, and psychotic sex drive is like !!
