I've been struggling with health issues for the last year. Not been working out except on occasion. In 2013 I began my journey into the world of nutrition, lifting and supplementation.

I read a lot on boards like these. Then a lot more. Then some more. I took suggestions and started with a couple short test only cycles. Tried probably every compound available. That helped me find what stuff works well for me.

Anyways, I'm gonna do some more reading on this forum. I'm about to start my first cycle in a few years.
