Im starting MT2 soon. I am going to just take 125mcg-250mcg eod w a few minutes in a Wolff Stand Up High Pressure Booth. I cover my face/neck(Hot!) and Johnson, luckily it is a 10min. maximum; I only go 2min , then 2min, then 3min, eod until I reach 6-7 min. Being Skin Type I (Scand-Irish), I burn so easily, yet I am able to get really tan for some reason, but I have to go through an arduous process of Spf tapering and time in the sun. I do not like artificial tanning, but I am able to control my timing. The half life on MT2 is less than an hour, so I will use directly before heading to the salon. (about 10min prior) and only on days I tan.

The reason for this is; I used it before and the old method was 1mg per day for the first month(30mg or 3 vials), then 1 mg per week to maintain color. I experienced nausea, flushing and an incredible amount of erections. Also, I could not control the color and I noticed if you have and freckles(I don’t) or spots, they can darken or freckling increases. After a few sick days because I was told to follow that protocol otherwise It wouldn’t work. Now, I found 250mcg is the most I need and on days I am planning on tanning. I use spf and cover up as I am paranoid about cancer and premature aging of my skin. After I get a nice color, then just 2 inj a week , no bed needed just natural sun and I avoid all the sides!
