What would be the minimum dose of eq that can be ran that will still help, with hunger, endurance, and muscle gain as well. The meat and potatoes of my cycle is Test/Deca 600/450mg, Some may say it is not needed but there are certain things from eq I would like to bring into my cycle, I know it has to be run longer for the effects that's nothing new to me. I am just curious some of the lower dosages you guys have ran and seen positive results, I'm trying to utilize my gear with minimal dosages not just slamming heavy mg's, I appreciate all input everything is welcome. Stats are 5'11'' 190lbs 12% bf and Im looking to add mass basically, Im aware diet is a huge part and I have put in the time and research there im taking in about 4.5k-5k cals ed.
