Hey guys I recently just made my way over from another forum. I’ve been stalking this one for awhile and it looks like home. As for me...I’m 33 years old 205 pounds. I think I’m 10% BF? The inbody has recently read my BF as being 4.7% which is total nonsense. I’ve done a variety of cycles some totally stupid and some mapped out and planned well. Just looking for a place to expand my knowledge base and find some good sponsors.
