    He's already training in a way that I would suggest, there are a few things we can switch and improve though.

    Had some cream o rice and a protein scoop early this morning.
    Dealing with a slight shoulder impingement in left arm right now so spent 20 min stretching with a band.
    Incline press wide grip 10-10 155 no pain, shoulder stayed locked in.
    Cable fly 12-10 60
    Tri push down 12-12 95
    Hammer press 12-12 2 plates each side so 180? Or is it 90? One day I will figure that out.
    Overhead tri machine 12-12 70
    Fly machine 12-12 110
    Was able to go through this pretty easy. I have a feeling there is only pain in my future.
    Wife had leftover grilled Mediterranean chicken pita and hummus I ate after. It looked so good and clearing out the fridge.
    Excited to have Monte as a coach and looking forward to whatever challenges he has for me!

    Lat pull 11-9 200
    Hammer row 9-8 220
    Pull ups 4x8 tried a 5 but failed miserably
    Hammer lat 12-11 180
    Bi curls 15-13 35
    Chest supported row 8-6 90 fuck that thing itís sucks for tall guys and like the pad is in my belly.
    Bi curl machine 9-8 50
    Meal 2
    Magic meal is what I shall call it. Thought it was going to be gross as hell but was actually good.
    Meal 3 in 30 mins
    Chicken 6 oz
    Rice 2 cups

    Made a mistake by drinking way to much water during the workout which made meal 2 tuff to get down.

    Took yesterday and back at it today. Got to train next to Phil again - swear he is checking his abs every 5 min. So my dumb ass had to check mine out also, he just laughed at me ( I don't think they should let me out in public anymore). Felt strong today

    Everything hurts except my legs so I made it leg day. I mean why do they not get to be in pain also.
    I tried that pendulum squat thing and must not understand the settings on it cause it was like a cdub origami trying to get into. Chugged my magic meal and kinda gassy- good times.

    Great man! I think I see where I was going wrong with my diet and timing. He told me I am going to hate food so I am expecting the hammer to drop sometime( mentally prepping now). I drink a shit ton of water, man those first couple of days I could have sworn I was going to piss myself ha! That calmed down thank god.
    Heck yeah send that man some goodies!
