I think lat by the arm pit is filling out a little bit. Posing is a work in progress. Need some trap excercises in there. Upper abs are still in so the lean part is still working- need to flare the lats more. I wanted something other than chicken so I asked my wife for some ground beef. She comes back later- cooks the throws the plate in front of me and says " here's your bitch-burger idiot". She loves me.

Added in trap work into this morning’s workout and did them first - stupid. Couldn’t connect with my back after cause i shot my wod on the damn traps. Then I compounded my mistake by trying to add more reps on rows and lat pulls nothing worked. Way to fuck that workout up. Dumbass mistake but learned from it.

Cable tri push 15 and felt a twinge like a tight rubber band in the arm so moved on
Side shoulder machine 28-24 30 felt good with baseball arm.
Decline press 26-20 90
Overhead press 18-14 50 did everything to keep the tri out of it
Machine press 23-17 140
Fuck it I am eating chipotle so hungry.

Ok bloodwork came in. Due to some scheduling issues it was pulled 38 hrs after last pin on sust 500 week and eq 500 week. 2340 total test pretty good - thumbs up emoji thing! I have another sust bloods around the same I can't remember off the top of my head. So good job SBLabs
Hematocrit was at 53 so I am not dying yay but will still donate this week. Alt is high at 71 blaming that on the tbol, was at 30 last bloods so not totally concerned but will keep up with my liver sup. Free test at 800 something I like that. Cholesterol was better.
Haha I did take a full aromasin the day before the test to cause some acne was creeping in and holy shit it says 7 but I feel great- note to self only nibble on those things with eq in the mix.
So overall I am seeing the most changes in my chest, tri's and adductor muscle. My back feels bigger like when you sit in your car seat and it doesn't feel right like someone changed your settings. Yeah I got that going on.

Thanks Max probably would have been higher if I got to the 48 hr but life got in the way. I am happy and feel pretty awesome about what I have accomplished so far. Some days I am down on myself but then I have a day like today when I bend down to pick up my cat and look at the mirror and my back looked pretty good.
Going to do a little de load week and test my strength on 3’s the rest of this week. Should be fun!

Be careful on the big 3 ! Your body will respond well w a de-load. I just watch my caloric intake during that time. Kick ass cdub!
