Busy week so far. Trained legs today and had a little reflection time. 3 years ago I couldn’t squat the bar - knees popping- shitty form and fat as fuck. Kinda always been scared to throw a bunch of weight on there cause I thought my knees would go out. Fast forward tell now and I can put 225 on my back for a good 4x12. At my height and age I didn’t ever think that would be possible. Still my legs do grow for shit but I will take a win when I can.
Also picked up some classic cut trunks but my nut sack does seem to fit in it. Thought it would have a bigger front. Wife just laughed her ass off at me. Oh well they will work for tanning beds
Definately going to need a pic of you in those shorts haha

Thanks man! Delt’s and calf’s I got. And thanks for the reality check the back does look and feel better. Started the Var56 and winny today. If you need to split them it’s easy I did 1 with a knife and 1 just with my fingers no issues.

Yeah the Var 56 (lol) are a little harder to split I'd just pick up a pill splitter at CVS. You can get them under $10. I should look into buying some myself and adding them to the list.

I dunno that your back has improved but, your waist has gotten smaller and you're leaner so, it looks improved.

To bring up lagging body parts, you have REALLY got to push the food HARD and get the training perfect.

I would guess you haven't pushed food nearly enough given the amount of body fat you've lost. It's hard to wrap your mind around it sometimes.

Good man. Marinade the steak (use two forks and poke it up all over(or Jacaard). Put in ziplock w soy(tamari), olive oil, pepper cumin fresh garlic clove , lime juice for last 20min before grilling and let excess drip off and hit the grill like 2 min per side, let rest five . Cut across the grain. Reg chimichurri recipe (Argentina)

How you feeling on the gear bro? I know you pulled bloodwork a couple of weeks ago and are ready for the Var 56 (lol) but overall how you feeling
 
Well right now I have 3850 something cals in me with 1 more meal to go. Kinda wanted to puke after my wife’s dinner, she made this chicken curry and it was so gross. Choked it down like a champ and told her it was wonderful. Gear wise still going strong and couldn’t hold out - that Var56 is in the system. I mean it was fucking eyeballing me every time I opened my box saying “take me”. It’s week 14 next week and goals are to push food hard and train as heavy as possible without injuries.
