    Thank you for all your exhaustive answers. How much proviron should I run each day with tren?

    Be careful with the Provi in the mix. Provi is exceptional at binding shbg, but doing so sends a lot of free estrogen into circulation (shbg binds E2 also). Excess E2 in the presence of 19-nors is where your prolactin issues will
    come from.

    Not saying donít do it. Just saying make sure to take this into consideration.

    Personal opinion.... I also suggest a lower dose at least to start. There is absolutely nothing to rush with tren. 300mgs is more than enough to try for a first time. If I were advising my little brother I wouldn't even go that high. 200 mgs max for at least the first 3 weeks if Tren A. Just to see how you tolerate it. Increase after if you want.
    For me, the sides get worse the longer I'm on. I go hypo glycemic more, can't sleep through the night, sweat like a pig...I don't start to, "get used" to the sides as the cycle goes on... except for the one I like the hyper sex drive, that levels off. Good luck.

    Shbg binds more to androgen hormones in the blood.
    In men the release of estrogen into the system because of low shbg is very minimal and not likely and it is more the case for females.
    Proviron is extremely mild and very very safe and people really have no need to be concerned.

    To the OP..

    The advice given by a lot of the members here with starting ace is a very good suggestion and please keep in mind that you do not need much of this drug, it would be wise to use as least as possible just to get an idea of how you respond. In fact there's a lot of veterans that use very low to moderate dosages. In the past I have used excessive dosages and moderate, there was nothing that was any greater or better with higher dosages in fact the side effects were almost unbearable. For short duration it was my go-to compound and I was almost impervious but that caught up to me, and now I'm very sensitive to this drug and if and when I do use it it's very very modest and the returns are still good..

    Tren is and will be the aggressor and the main workhorse. if you do take the plunge you don't need to take any other compounds with it besides test, write down a personal log and take notes for yourself with your dosages and how you respond this way you can go back to it in the future.

    Vision is spot on....

    For me, I ran tren 3 times now, loved it the first time, 2nd time it beat me up (ran 500mg weekly) but also ran e and a, and 3rd and final time (this current cycle) I ran tren e at 200mg weekly and hated life. Sleep was terrible, night lake puddles in bed sucks and I didn't feel the benefits/gains of tren outweighed the mental mind fuck it put me through.


    I'm also on board with others saying start with tren a and start low dose... First timer, I wouldn't go past 200mg for this entire cycle

    The sides of tren are blown up outta proportion there easily manageable. I ran enthate my first time because honestly I prefer to pin just twice a week I started at 400 mg I've gone up 800 on my last tren cycle. You will probably loose some sleep but take Tylenol pm your be good. Night sweats are a reality turn a fan on it helps a little. Definitely more aggressive on tren than any other supplement I've taken but nothing outta control. Now I've seen my best gains ever on tren and I literally watched my body transform faster than any other cycle prior. Imo if your not scared of sides run that shit for 8-12 weeks than take a break and than run it again.
