Pushed 75 mg last night 25g straight in the ass lol nothing to it..nice and easy got some 1” to rotate in there also though

Plan is to stay @ 75 mg EOD
20 mg GW ED
Keep my food intake clean as possible and last few weeks gonna add
50mg winny ED

Ohh yea smooth as butter going in...flowed great lol I don’t have any 27’s in stock but might have to grab me some for my other pin sites will def keep you updated brother 7 weeks till our beach trip so trying to be good to go

Hit chest/light abs today

standing cable flys- 4 x 8 ( last set triple drop set )
incline smith- 4 x 8 ( 120-180 rest )
flat barbell bench- 3 x 8
incline db flys 4 x 8
crunches superset leg raises- 4 x 15
Immediately followed by my cardio
10 miles on the bike 40 minutes I do this 6x per week post workout

Felt pretty good can’t wait to see the growth
