Curious to everyone's opinion on how to take creatine. I personally have always just taken 5 grams daily, no loading. I have come across so many different methods to taking creatine to include loading with 20 grams, always taking 20 grams everyday, and also some equations that include body weight that one came out saying I need 30 grams daily. So with all the different info and doses out there... what are yalls preferred doses and what works best for you guys? Thanks everyone in advance for your reply!

Loading isnt needed. I just take it each AM in a drink I make with Creatine, EAA's, Animal Flex (joints) and Taurine...

I take 2-3g each day of creatine HCL. I may take 1-2 in am and then I like to put .5-1g in my Intra and postworkout drink which is simple and either pedialyte and creatine or gatorade w no sugar and creatine,
I find the HCL to be far superior to MONO. Less water retetion, faster absorption etc.
