Is Nandrolone Deconate powder liquid at room temperature?
 
It shouldn't be liquid at room temp. I have had deca that was a normal powder but also if it's shipped in hot months it will turn into a wax. If it's straight liquid it may be EQ. If it's just waxy with a little liquid residue then it probably melted at some point in a hot condition. You can put it in the freezer to harden it up although you shouldn't lose much of it to the residue.
 
Thanks for the reply...yeah it's like a waxy consistency with liquid. It's been pretty warm.
